"It's because you're not paying attention." Napataas naman ang kilay ko doon. "I've been calling your attention for almost 15 minutes now but you're just spacing out."

The name he keeps on calling me with kahit anong pilit ko sa kanyang paalala na huwag. Siya lang ang kilala ko na tumatawag sa akin nun kahit na alam niya kung gaano ko kaayoko nun. It's because it sounds like 'sira' kaya naiinis ako. But with him, it's different. Mas natutuwa siya doon pero since we entered highschool, he started calling me Raphie instead. And I only find out now how I miss that name coming out of his lips.
"I've been wanting to do this, but I respect you and give you space instead."
Napatingin naman ako sa kanya ng wala sa oras dahil sa sinabi niya. Does that mean alam niya kung nasaan ako all this time?
He smiled gently, "I know what you're thinking with that look on your face and the answer is yes." I heard him sigh. "From the start I know where you are but I didn't mention it to anyone. I know why you did what you did, and I respect that. Ayaw mo kaya mo yun nagawa, kaya hinayaan kita."

The smile on his face vanished instantly, then he stared at me. There's a lot of emotion dancing in his eyes that I'm having a hard time keeping up. Then, a small smile formed on his lips.
