Sophie's POV
Last night was painful. Not only physically (drunk) but emotionally too (Harry). What was I supposed to do with myself now? Act normal? Pretend nothing had happenned? Yup, I had no clue.
I streched my arms and got out of bed. Unplugging my phone, I headed over to the bathroom, and saw that I had one new text.
From: Luce
Last night was craaaaazy! (I mean it!) Ugh hate hangovers. We need to talk asap. Why? YOU SANG WITH THE HARRY STYLES. I don't know how to feel about this. Call me.

I wasn't in the mood to explain to Luce the tragic events going on in my life for the past 2 months. I decided that the best thing to clear my mind was to go out for a run.
I put my black shorts on, a pink adidas shirt, and my black running sneakers super quickly. Tied my long brown hair in a high ponytail and started making a playlist as I headed out the door.
"Sophie!" My Aunt's voice interrupted me as soon as I was stepping out the door.
"Yeah?" I answered.
"How was last night? I didn't get the chance to talk to you! Did you and Luce had fun?" She asked sweetly. She was just too nice to me. After everything that happened between me and my parents, I was so happy to have an aunt like her.
"It was good, there was the opening of this huge club, which was super modern and stuff."
"That's nice, I'm glad you are enjoying staying here."
"Yeah.. Thanks so much Aunt Maggie I really appreciate you taking me in after all that crappy stuff happened in California.." I admitted.
"But of course darling! Umm that's something I wanted to talk to you about, actually if you don't mind postponing your jog for a while." She smiled sympathetically at me, though I could see the great amount of anxiety behind her blue eyes.
"Really? What did you find out?" I asked, suddenly curious about the situation.
"Well, why don't we go to the living room so we can talk this out?" She asked me.
"Yeah sure." I shrugged as I followed her into the large room, and sat down in the biggest brown sofa.
She took a deep breath. "Ok, so you know how you don't talk to your parents anymore since they told you about... emm you know what back in December?" She asked.
"Yeah, of course I remember, how could I ever forget that they lied to me practically all of my life?" I said as sweetly as possible, even though inside.. all the memories of that terrible December were starting to rush back in...
*Flashback December 20, 2012*
"Sophie darling, dinner's ready!" I heard my mother call from downstairs.
"Coming!" I yelled back as I logged off my computer.
I rushed down the stairs and entered the kitchen, where my mom was placing the plates of delicious food on the table, and my dad was already sitting on his spot talking to her about something. They both looked serious.
"Please sit down, Sophia, there's something we both need to tell you." My dad said to me in his British accent. He had lived most of his life in England, until he met my mom here in the US, and then decided to come live here. His accent was always strong though.
"Ok? What is it?" I asked as I took a seat and began serving myself mash potatoes.
"Before we tell you this, we need you to know that we love you ok? We didn't say this to you before because we just couldn't find the words to do it." My mom said to me.
What the hell? Now I was getting kind of freaked out. What are they about to tell me?
"Wh- What is it Mom?" I asked with now a trembling voice.
My mom looked at my dad, and I saw there were tears forming in his eyes. She took a deep breath and began to tell me something that would change my life forever:
"Sophie.. when me and your dad were trying to have a baby... it... was just so hard for us. I couldn't get pregnant. We tried to have a child for more than 3 years, and there was no such luck. I started to think there was something wrong with me, why wouldn't God send us a baby? We wanted to be parents more than anything in the world so..
So one day we both went to the doctor, to see what could be done... We learned that it wasn't me who couldn't conceive... it was your dad. He- he was infertile." My mom's voice was trembling... I looked at my dad, he was looking at the floor, not able to meet my eyes.
What were they trying to say here?
"There was no chance he was ever going to be able to have a child, we tried everything we could honey. Treatments, pills, you name it, nothing seemed to work.
So when the doctor told us we should start looking for alternatives, that- that's what we did." She said with tears on her face.
I had stopped eating a long time ago. We all had.
My dad continued talking, seeing that my mom couldn't do it anymore. "Sophie, your mother could have a baby, I couldn't. It was all too much for us, so we went to live in London for a while, to change a little and escape our problems. We lived there in a flat maybe.. 6 months.
I knew she wanted to get pregnant more than anything else in the world so... we went to a sperm bank, where she got the procedure, and managed to get pregnant. In 40 minutes, a doctor gave her something I couldn't for the past 4 years." He was trying not to cry, I knew it.
My mom stood up and hugged him, but I just sat there. Shocked.
He wasn't my dad. I mean, yeah, he was with my mom throughout her pregnancy, I loved him. But I didn't carry his blood, I carried some other man's genes inside me.
"Ple- Please say something Sophie. It's all the same, he is still your father, nothing has changed." My mom said to me, I could tell she was a nervous wreck.
"NOTHING has changed mom? Really?" I asked her, still in shock.
I looked at my parents. "So.. I have some strangers blood running through me, and NOTHING is wrong?" I stood up, not able to look at neither one of them. They had lied to me, my whole life.
I ran upstairs and locked myself in my room, where I finally let myself cry. I cried all night long, before deciding I needed to get away from this life, at least for a while.
That's when I called Aunt Maggie and asked her if I could go stay with her.
*End Of Flashback*
"Well, your parents and me have been talking, they are devasted you barely contact them anymore." She said to me.
"I... I am just not ready to speak to them yet.." I answered honestly, remembering everything.
"I know. They know that too, so they thought that a little closure would do you good."
"What do you mean.. a little closure?" I asked, suddenly confused.
"I mean that they did some research, and they found your biological father's name." She almost whispered to me, afraid of how I might react.
"Wh- what? Really?" I asked shocked. Oh my God.
"Yes, darling, his name is Des Styles."
There was a long, long silence.
"I- I think I need to go for that jog now."
