Long Way To Go
I know what you're gonna do
I totally know it
Stop acting like a fool,
There ain't a rule;
Stating that you kill yourself
If you begin to need help,
If you 'think' you deserve death;
If you feel nobody loves you,
If you feel like you hatred overdue;
You know that all your days haven't been blue.
Just in case;
I love you,
Even though I might not know you.
Yes, you are beautiful;
Yes, you are handsome.
You can be underestimated only by a fool.
Yes, you are the unique perfect one
Just cuz someone said you ain't good,
Doesn't mean you spoil your mood.
They ain't worth it.
They just wanna see you take a hit
That's all they want
You don't need to mingle with that sort.
Cuz for the right people,
You're gonna be enough.
So please put the blade and pills away.
Tie that rope around a chair so tight.
That there isn't a single way;
In which you can untie it at night,
Or whenever you don't feel right.
Cuz sweetie,
I give you the guarantee
That it is worth it
Though you might feel misfit;
I know you can make it
I have faith in you
You know, you can make it through.
Your entire life is the proof.
You've lived through all your darkness to date
You have battled your depression and fate.
So let's add another day to the list
And smack the depression with your fist
