Chapter 13|

Tykia~

Today I was meeting with my mother at her house. She said Leah (In case you forgot, that's her little sister) missed me and I've missed her too. Once my mom got custody of her, she kinda took her away from me.

I pulled up to my moms small house. I got out my car and closed the door softly. I walked onto her porch and knocked on the door. Nakia opened the door and and smiled. "Hello, Tykia. Come on in."

I gave her a fake smile and walked into her house. It was a decent house. When you walked in, the first room you saw was the living room. It had a nice flat screen television and a white couch, that of course, still had the plastic on it.

Nakia closed the door and walked ahead of me. "Follow me, baby." She said.

I followed her to a small room. In it was Leah. She looked so happy playing on the computer. I must say, my mom changed herself for the better.

"Leah." I said softly.

She stop clicking on the mouse and looked up at me. "Tykia? Tykia, I missed you!" She said now running towards me. She wrapped her arms around me and gave me the sweetest hug ever.

I smiled and bent down so I was at the same level as her. "I missed you so much, Leah. Your now 6, right?"

Leah smiled showing her two missing teeth. "Yep! I just turned six Tuesday!" She said and her facial expression turned sad. "I really wished you could've been at my party!"

I sighed. I've just been so busy with Zharia and I just realized I've been neglecting my sister. "I'm so sorry, sweetie. How about you come spend the weekend at my house?"

She smiled. "Yeah! I would love too. Mommy can I go?"

I looked up at Nakia and she smiled and nodded. "Start packing your bag. I'm going to talk to your sister in the other room."

She smiled and started packing.

"Come on." Nakia said to me and walked out the room. I followed her to the white couch and sat down.

"Whatsup, Nakia?" I asked.

"Look, I fucked up. I started doing drugs and it messed me up. I've apologized plenty of times but now it's time you forgive me. I don't know what else I can say to you so you can forgive me."

"Nakia, I'm done talking about this, ok? I've forgiven you but it's going to take time for me to trust you again!" I said.

Nakia smiled and sighed. "Well I'm just glad you forgave me. I'm not going to bug you about trusting me because what I did could make it really hard to trust and forgive me."

I smiled. "Yeah. We'll work on the whole trust part."

She nodded and Leah ran into the room. "I'm ready, Tykia!"

Kadence~

"Kaden please? I just wanna apologize." I begged at Kaden.

He sighed."Just use my phone to call him."

I decided I wanted to talk to Brisko and apologize for my strange behavior. We've been here only like a week and Kaden and him are like best friends.

I pressed his contact number and it started ringing.

"Yo, whatsup K?" Brisko said into the phone.

I sighed and spoke. "Hello, Brisko, this is Kadence. I just wanted to apologize for how I acted the other day."

"Oh, it's good." he said.

I smiled. "So, you wanna go out sometime? We could start over."

"Aw, nah, I'm good. I got a girl already."

"Oh. Well, bye." I said quickly and hung up. I threw Kaden's phone on his bed and ran into my room and slammed the door. I was so embarrassed and I felt dumb. I was trying to make the first move and I had gotten rejected!

I opened up my laptop and Skyped my best friend Jamie. She answered quickly.

"Hey! How's it going?!" She asked with the biggest smile on her face.

"Shitty!" I said and explained to her everything that had happened.

"Well, it's your fault! Your always so mean to people, Kay."

"Ugh. No I'm not. I gotta go." I said and slammed my laptop.

I was pissed off that my BestFriend was saying it was my fault even though it kinda is but still she supposed to agree with me! Ugh...

Nova~

Kemo has been leaving the house early and not coming home until at least the crack of dawn.

We're still married and I find it disrespectful that he's barely home.

I was downstairs cooking dinner when the door opened. Kemo walked into the kitchen smelling like a girl. So now this niggas cheating?

"Hey, Kemo." I said rudely.

"Uh, hey. I'm going out later." He said as he plopped down on the couch.

I smirked and turned the stove off, leaving unfinished noodles in a pot. "No, I'm going out."

"What?" He said and sighed. "Why you gotta be so damn difficult."

"How am I being difficult?" I said and walked to him. "You go out everyday so I'm about to go out. Simple as that."

I ran upstairs and took a quick shower. I opened my closet and found a tight red dress that I hadn't ever worn. It was cute and I decided I was going to wear it for the first time.

I slid the dress on and looked at myself in the mirror. The dress showed my hour glass shape and I loved it. I put on my black red bottom heels and curled my hair. I was ready!

I ran downstairs and grabbed my purse that was sitting on the couch.

"Where you going looking like that?" Kemo asked.

I smiled. "Somewhere."

I pulled out my phone from my purse and called my sister, Nakia. Since she'd cleaned herself up, she'd been so much different.

"Hey, sis." I said once she answered the phone.

"Hello. What's up?"

"Wanna go out for drinks?"

"Yeah, sure. Tykia's got Leah so I'm free for tonight."

"Cool. I'll be by in like twenty minutes?"

"Sounds like a plan."

"Alright. bye." I said and hung the phone up.

I put my purse on my shoulder and left out the door. Kemo didn't bother to beg me to stay with him but neither did I when he left.

~

We arrived at the bar and there were lots of people there. Nakia and I found a seat at the bar and ordered two strawberry daiquiri's.

"Girl how you and yo' man doing? Kemo and you the power couple!" Nakia said.

I sighed and pushed my hair out of my face. "Well things ain't going so well, girl. We fuss and fight about everything and it ain't helping our marriage. I wish I could say it was just a little fight but it ain't. I know he's cheating on me and I know he don't wanna be with me. It seems like the spark is gone."

Nakia started to say something but the bartender set are drinks down before she could get out her sentence. She took a sip of her drink, smiled and nodded, and then continued talking to me. "Y'all came to far to end it now. Things ain't always perfect but y'all gone find out y'all meant to be."

"No, I think it's over between us. You know when you're younger and you've think you've found your Prince Charming and you think y'all gone live happily ever after but it don't always work out like that."

"It is. Talk to him. Express your love for him and express your feelings toward him right now, Nova."

I sighed. "I will."

Kaden~

Kala and I still talking but I'm still not ready to be with her. She pretty and cool as hell but I'll do her wrong. I love fucking bitches and I'm not really the faithful type.

"Yeah.." I said while in the phone with Kala.

"Oh. Well, you sound bored."

"I'm not bored.. I gotta go, though. I'll call you later."

"Oh. alright." She said and hung up.

I put my phone down and looked up at Jay. She was sexy as hell. I had just met her at the park with Brisko and she took me back to her place, I guess to fuck.

Jay sat on the couch next to me and kissed my cheek. "You is adorable, Kaden."

"Thanks. You is too."

"Oh, am I?" She laughed. "What's so "adorable" about me?"

"Everything. Yo smile, your eyes, and lets not forget you nice ass body."

She blushed and stood up. "Lets go to my room."

Y'all already know what happened next!

Brisko~

I'm pretty glad Nala and I got back together. We doing together and I'm trying my best to stay faithful. This morning I got a call from Kadence and she was apologizing and then asked could we hang out. If it weren't for Nala, I would have definitely hung out with her but I can't put our relationship at risk, so I said no.

Right now, Nala and I were just chilling on my couch. She seemed angry about something but every time I asked her she would ignore me.

"Bae, come on, what's wrong?" I asked for the third time.

She sighed. "Nigga leave it alone!"

"Nah! Tell me, Nala or we gone have to take a break! Ain't supposed to be no secrets in relationships." I said.

"Well, I'm pregnant." She said angrily.

At first I kinda got happy but then I realized I ain't had sex with her in a long ass time. So it can't be my baby.

"Who baby, Nala?" I asked pissed.

"It's yours, baby." She said.

"Don't fuckin' lie to me! I know that ain't my fuckin' baby."

"It's yours! Don't question me, nigga." She said now standing up.

"Stop fuckin' playing with me. We ain't fucked since.. At least five months ago."

"I'm five months! I just wear baggy clothing."

"You don't wear no fuckin' baggy clothes! You got on a fucking tight ass shirt and I don't see no belly."

She sighed and crossed her arms. "Its Dominic's baby. I'm so sorry, Brisky!"

"Dominic! I should've known! You told me y'all never fucked around but look at you, you pregnant by another nigga. Bitc- Nala get out my fuckin' house with yo nasty ass."

Nala sat down on the couch as if I hadn't said nothing. "I'm not going no where."

"Yes the hell you is. Get the fuck out, Nala!" I yelled.

She stood up and started crying. "It was before we was together! Why can't you just accept and leave it alone so we could be together? I love you, baby and yes I fucked up."

"Yeah, whatever. I'm sorry but I can't do that. You need to leave."

She sighed and wiped her tears. "FUCK YOU BITCH!"

"Get out my house, Nala!"

"FUCK YOU! HOW COULD YOU DO ME LIKE THAT?!" she was now hysterical.

"Come on man, get out!" I said impatiently.

"NO! YOU AIN'T FINNA LEAVE ME. WE GONE BE TOGETHER."

I sighed and picked her up bridal style. I opened the front door and gently placed her outside. I closed the door on her and sat on the couch.

Damn, I can't believe she's pregnant and I ain't the papi. I love that girl so much and now we done.
