I managed to finish both worksheets in two hours. They were fairly easy and I knew most of the questions. I picked up both worksheets and ran to the den.
'Mom! I finished my school work!' I yelled as I entered the room.
My mother was sitting at her desk working on some knew healing spells. She spun around on her chair and I quickly handed her the worksheets.
'Good job Heru. I will grade these now. In the mean time feel free to do what ever you like.' She said softly, a smile was upon her face.
I smiled back at her before running out of the room. Another thing I love to do is walk through the village. The village we are at now is so nice. The houses are big and beautiful and its very peaceful at night.
I quickly ran to my room and grabbed a jacket to wear since its going to be extremely cold out.
Are we going for a walk in the village?! My wolf asked
Yes yes! All my school work is finished for today and mom said we could do whatever we wanted!
Are we going to say hi to Julian?
Why wouldn't we? We see Julian almost every night! I said happily.
My wolf barked in response and began moving around a lot in my mind. He must be excited to get to play with Julian's wolf for a bit.
I walked down the stairs and went straight for the front door.
'Mom I'll be back in a bit! I am going to go for a walk through the village!' I shouted.
'Okay! Make sure you wear a jacket and be careful!' She replied.
'Already got it! Bye mum!' I said before I disappeared out the front door.
The air was cool and crisp and my breath could be seen. I sighed as I shoved my hands in the pocket of my jacket and began walking along the houses. They were very close together and you only had a small narrow pathway to walk. Most of the houses were two story and a dark tan or cream color. The sky fit perfectly with the pale village. The inky black sky was dotted with small yellow and blue stars. The moon was a crescent tonight and it shone brightly in the sky. I smiled as I skimmed over the stars.
Soon I was no longer surrounded by houses but by small buildings. I didn't know what they where for. They where never open and I never saw people walk in and out of them. There were also small carts with tan fabric covering them. What were they for?
A small light began to show in my peripheral vision. I looked over and saw the glowing orb gradually get bigger. I narrowed my eyes slightly and saw a figure behind the light.
'Heru? Is that you?' The person asked.
'Julian?!'
'Yes its me Heru.' He chuckled.
I immediately ran over to Julian and hugged him tightly.
'How are you doing Heru?' Julian asked.
'I'm doing okay. I finished all my school work and my mum said I could do whatever I wanted!' I exclaimed.
Julian laughed again before speaking. 'Would you like to join me on my walk?"
I nodded quickly and laughed. My wolf and his wolf were enjoying playing together in the space of our minds.
Julian and I began walking, we talked about random things that have been going on in each others lives.
Julian matched everyone of the pack. His tanned skin was a stark contrast to his sharp blue eyes. He kept his black hair longer than the clean cut of the other guards. He was incredibly attractive as most of the dominant wolves were. I wish I could actually meet the other pack members. I've only seen photos from around my house.
