Ben POV:

"Where the hell is sky?" I asked.

"He called me and said he was gonna be a little late but not this late." Lollie said. Just then sky walked in with his arm on Melinas shoulders.

"Did you take Melina out of school?" Jordyn asked.

"Nope. I found this girl walking down the street. You wanna tell them what's going on Melina?" Sky asked.

"I skipped school." Melina mumbled.

"Why?" Jordyn asked.

"Because I'm being bullied." Melina mumbled.

"What?" I asked jumping up from my seat.

"Yeah, these girls at school call me names and harass me everyday." Melina said.

"What do they call you?" I asked.

"Everything. And they push me down in the hallway and yesterday one dumped her soda on my head." Melina said.

"What are their names?" I asked.

"Ben please don't embarrass me!" Melina said.

"Melina. Tell me their names." I said.

"No because you are going to go to my school and embarrass me! Why won't you guys just homeschool me or hire me a tutor?" Melina asked.

"No because you aren't going to run away from your problems." I said. "We are going back to the school right now." I said grabbing her hand.

"But I don't want to!" Melina said pulling her hand away from mine.

"Melina sweetie, we have to work this out." Jordyn said.

"They will just make fun of me even more!" Melina said.

"Melina, trust Ben." Jordyn said.  I grabbed her hand and she followed me along.

"So tell me names." I said.

"Alyssa, Sydney, Morgan, Angela, and Dia." Melina said. "Ben I'm begging you, don't embarrass me!"

"Melina, I'm just trying to protect you!" I said.

"I'm 15 I can protect myself!" Melina said.

"No you can't! Melina you know I love you and I'm not letting these rude mean girls treat you like shit!" I said. "And you know I still have to ground you for skipping school."

"Or we could forget this whole thing ever happened, I go back to school, you don't ground me, and everybody lives happily ever after!" Melina smiled.

"Funny." I said. "Melina, what would you do if anybody tried to hurt Maddie?" I asked.

"Punch them in the face as hard as I could." Melina said. "WAIT PLEASE DONT PUNCH THOSE GIRLS." Melina said.

"I'm not going to punch anybody. But I am talking to your principal. Melina you have to tell me about these things." I said.

"I'm sorry." She said.

"Love you." I said kissing her head.

"Love you too." She smiled.

Jordyn POV:

"Maddison Emma Cook, I swear! Stop throwing your food!" I said.

"Gosh Jordyn control your kid." Josh laughed.

"You think you could handle her?" I asked.

"Yes I do." Josh said.

"Then here." I said handing her over to Josh.
