Jordyn POV:

"Maddison hold still!" I insisted as I tried to put her hair up in pig tails.

"I want daddy to do my hair!" Maddie whined crossing her arms.

"Oh trust me, you don't want that." Ben laughed as he sat in the corner.

"Meena and Car got a hair and makeup team. Why don't I?" Maddie asked.

"Because you are 7 and don't need all that. Besides, it's not your party." I explained. This was set to be one of the biggest social events for under 21, which means we have a lot on our plate. The girls are finally 17. Never thought we were gonna make it honestly after the year we had.

"Hey J, how does my hair look?" Parker asked coming into the room.

"You look incredibly handsome." I smiled. He's trying to impress Genevieve and it's honestly adorable. I've never seen him like this before. The cast of Growing Up Frat were all invited to the party, along with the cast of Dear Evan Hansen, and Beetlejuice. Also including people from the girls management team, their friends from school, and other prominent people in the industry. Never did I ever think my daughters birthday party would be the highlight of the year for the social scene. What even is life?

"Wow Parker, I'm pretty impressed with your commitment." Ben said.

"Mom!" I heard Melina scream.

"Oh good, here we go." I said.

"Carmen stoke my earrings!" Melina said barging into our bedroom.

"I did not! We have the same exact pair!" Carmen said running up behind her. They both had their hair done already but were still in their robes. Shocker.

"Really? Then how come I've never seen you wear them and suddenly mine are missing?" Melina asked.

"I got this one." Ben said standing up. "Carmen give me the earrings."

"But dad! These are mine!" Carmen said.

"Just give them to me. If you guys are going to fight over them than neither of you can have them!" Ben said. Look at him in total dad mode.

"That's not fair! These are my earrings! It's not my fault Melina lost hers!" Carmen said.

"I didn't lose them you stole them!" Melina protested.

"This is bullshit." Carmen said taking the earrings out and handing them to Ben.

"THATS A BAD WORD!" Maddie said crossing her arms. Carmen rolled her eyes and stormed off followed by Melina.

"Nice one papa Ben." I smiled.

"Ok guys, I'm totally stressing out." Sky said coming into my bedroom.

"You boys are so dramatic." Maddie said to Sky on her way out.

"So what's going on?" I asked.

"Wedding planning! Do you realize how stressful it is?" Sky said.

"Nope, never been married before. Wouldn't know." I said sarcastically. "Ben has been married twice maybe he knows!"

"You keep trying to bring that up with me when really we should be blackmailing Nick with the picture of him as the flower girl." Ben said.
