Melina POV:

"I don't want to go!" Carmen complained throwing herself onto my bed.

"Oh come on, it's my first day back after being suspended!" I said grabbing her hands and pulling her up. I adjusted her headband for her and turned her to face the mirror. "You look like a total queen, Britney is going to be shaking in her knock off Gucci shoes."

"Everybody's going to be laughing at me." Carmen pouted.

"Not with all the boys by your side." I said.

"Hey how are you guys feeling this morning?" Ben asked pushing open our door.

"Gosh can we never get any privacy in this house?" I asked rolling my eyes.

"It was just a question Melina." Ben said getting defensive.

"Go away!" I said walking over and pushing the door closed.

"Mel he wasn't doing anything wrong." Carmen said.

"They can't leave us alone for 2 seconds. I'm over it." I said. "Now come on, we are gonna be late to school." I grabbed my bookbag and Carmen's hand and we ran down the stairs where Lucas was waiting for us sitting on the kitchen counter.

"First day back after suspension Melina, you ready to raise some hell?" Lucas smiled.

"No hell is to be raised!" Carmen protested grabbing the apple out of Lucas' hand and taking a bite. "I just want to fly under the radar today."

"You're a member of the Cook family, when do we ever fly under the radar?" I laughed.

"We are already known as the girls who went through the school shooting. Now we are known as twin A who got suspended and twin B who decided to wear lunch instead of eating it!" Carmen freaked.

"Since when do you back down Carmen? What happened to the badass girl that stood up to Britney in the hallway?" Lucas asked.

"I think the whole school saw what happened to her." Carmen said. "Now are we going to school or not?"

"Let's roll." Lucas said jumping down from the counter. This bitch really is trying to mess with the Cook sisters? Game on Britney. And I don't back down when it comes to family.

Jordyn POV:

"I thought we already got past the moody Melina stage. Why is it back." Ben whined as we walked through Manhattan.

"She just has a lot going on Ben and she's an emotional teenage girl. Just give her time." I explained.

"I swear, if she gets rebellious again I don't think I can handle it. We've kept Party Girl Melina out of the headlines since Thanksgiving and I really want to keep it that way. The only thing the press is talking about is their upcoming birthday." Ben said.

"Have you told them yet we are letting them have a party?" I asked.

"Hell no. They've actually been doing chores around the house, I want to keep that up for as long as we can." Ben laughed. We pushed open the door to our managers office and went up to her floor. Time for our big meeting where we discuss plans for all the kids.

"Mr. and Mrs. Cook welcome, Mary will be right with you guys." The receptionist said.

"Are you kidding, let them in right now! This is the Cook family we are talking about! Come in come in!" Mary said pushing her door open. I couldn't help but laugh. She's been managing our family for years now and feels like a part of the family. We went into her office and sat down at the table where the rest of our team was. We have these big meetings every other month to check in with everything and figure out what's next.
