Melina POV:

I'm on such a high from the night, I feel adrenaline rushing through my veins. The elevator ride up to the apartment felt like it was taking years. All I wanted was to reach over and grab Lucas, but I can't. Not with Parker and Genevieve here. Parker was carrying Maddie but she was completely passed out drooling on his sleeve. It was like a burning sensation drawing me to Lucas, feeling like I have to restrain myself from just grabbing him and pressing my lips against his. Maybe it's the fact that we aren't allowed to which makes us want each other even more.

"I still don't know how Maddie fell asleep on the couch with all the noise of the party." Genevieve laughed pulling me back to the present moment. I can't look at him. Just look straight forward.

"This kid is the napping queen, she will fall asleep anywhere and everywhere, just like Jordyn." Parker laughed.

"I'm honestly ready to just fall asleep too, it's been a long night." Genevieve said.

"Hey at least you guys get the day off, I have to go back and do it all over again tomorrow!" I joked. "It really means a lot that you guys came though. It made it even more special."

"Anything for you Mel, always." Parker smiled to me. "But this elevator needs to hurry up because my arm is starting to fall asleep." The elevator doors finally opened and I knew I just needed to go take a cold shower, and not think about Lucas for awhile. There's nothing we can do here in the house. We walked into the living room and Jordyn was standing there pissed with Ben on the couch...with a baby?

"Please tell me you didn't adopt another baby." I said, my eyes wide.

"Nope this baby isn't ours." Ben said.

"What did you rent a baby for the night or something?" Lucas joked.

"Parker, can I talk to you in private?" Jordyn asked.

"Yeah sure, let me go put Maddie down first." Parker said but the look in Jordyn's eyes meant she wanted him to come now.

"I got her Parker." Genevieve said picking up on Jordyn's look. She grabbed Maddie from his arms and went up the stairs with her. Jordyn and Parker went off to another room.

"So are we going to talk about the baby or is this another 'don't ask questions' kinda thing?" I asked.

"Let's start with no questions because I really don't know how to explain it yet." Ben said.

"Works for me." I shrugged. "What a little cutie!" I ran over and grabbed him from Ben, lifting him up towards the ceiling.

"His name is James." Ben said.

"Ha that's funny! Just like Parker's middle name." I laughed. He had big eyes and dark hair, and he was so tiny.

"How old is he?" Lucas asked.

"2 months."

"Ugh he's too cute." I cuddled him closer to me and just didn't want to let go. It makes me miss when Maddie and the twins were this little.

"Let me see him." Lucas said and I handed James off to him. He instantly curled himself right up to Lucas and his eyes fell heavy as he went to sleep.

"I think he likes you." Ben said to Lucas. Ok wow, my baby fever is intense right now. And seeing Lucas with a baby...

"I'm going to go take a shower." I said and ran up the stairs. Why was him with a baby so hot! I know we are only 17 and not having kids anytime soon, but holy shit my whole body feels weak. I ran into the bathroom and turned the shower on, feeling the cold water run against my hot skin. I took a deep breath and pushed my hair back out of my face as water droplets ran down my face and into my eyes, half blinding me. I've never felt these kind of super intense feelings before. Is this normal? Fuck, what is it about Lucas?
