chapter nineteen

Please hear me out before you start being mean!!!! I was under 13 and so i had to wait until i was 13 (which was around 2 weeks ago) and then i forgot about wattpad! im so sorry!!!!!! But heres what i had written a before my account was deleted and stuff.

Kate’s Pov

Once I had finally calmed down, I looked up at Nick.

 “H-How come you have brown eyes?” I asked. My voice came out quieter than I expected.

“I don’t like the whole ‘red eyes’ thing. It makes me look like a weird, demon thing,” he laughed.

I sighed, pulling back.

“Thanks for helping me Nick.”

He nodded, smiling at me.

“Anytime,” he patted my back. I wiped away the few tears left on my cheeks, when I heard a knock on the door.

“Kate, can I please talk to you?” Kevin’s voice came through the door. I slowly got up from the bed and walked to the door.

I could hear Nick’s footsteps coming up from behind me as I opened it.

“I-I wanted to tell you something,” Kevin told me. I nodded and let him come in.

“Well, I’ll just leave you two alone,” Nick said, slipping out the room. I closed the door and turned to Kevin.

KEVIN’S POV

She had definitely been crying. Her red nosed and puffy eyes told me everything.

I was about to talk when she beat me to it.

“I-I’m sorry for being so rude to you earlier before. I don’t know what I was thinking. I-”

“Why are you apologizing? I should me down on the ground, begging for your forgiveness Kate. I feel so bad for making you upset. Can you ever forgive this stupid jerk?” I asked her.

“How can I forgive you when you didn’t do anything? I was just over reacting about a stupid little thing.”

“Well then can you tell this horrible, mean guy what he did so that he can make sure he never does it?” I asked, pointing to myself.

I saw tears starting to form in her eyes and she quickly turned around, facing the door.

“I-I like how this door doesn’t have a single scratch or mark on it,” her voice cracked a little at the end. She pretended to be interested on the door as she tilted her head up to look at the top of it.

KATE’S POV

I hope he didn’t notice my voice cracking. It’s so embarrassing. Please don’t ask me again why I was so-

I felt him grab my hand and pull me into his arms.

“W-What are you-”

He connected our lips, catching me by surprise.

I just stood there like an idiot, too shocked to even blink.

After he pulled back, I finally processed what was going on.

He looked at me

“I…I’m so sorry Kate. I shouldn’t have done that. I just-”

This time it was me who cut him off with a kiss. He didn’t respond at first, but then started kissing back.

“You two better not be making out!” Nick said from the hall.

I laughed wrapping my arms around Kevin’s neck.

“I thought you said you were going to leave us alone,” Kevin said back to him.

“Yeah, to talk,” Nick replied. We all laughed and Kevin leaned his forehead onto mine.

“My dad’s going to kill me,” i herd him murmur. 

I know it's REALLY short and im not sure weither i should keep writing about how it goes out with his dad, or if it should just be the end. what do you think?
