Moonlight's Smile

As title being suggested by my dear friend, I made words out of it. Though I really wanted to write it while watching the moon.

So here it goes.

Day 21

As the struggling daylight finally sets in and the misty eerie night embraces us with a moonlight's smile, I find myself looking up at the clear sky.

As the darkness invades our surrounding, I feel a bit uneasy and surreal. The only beam that lusters the dark surrounding is the only one that ever existed; The moonlight's smile that shines from up above, we can surely say that it's so wonderful and it's unending.

No signs of threat as it slowly takes its place. Humans lingering everywhere, done for the day and off for home, for they have a chronic and a nerve-racking day.

As city lights starts to bright up the dark and busy street, exhausted and beat up, how they'd wish this night would be long over. But for me, I want this night to be long, still, for the enchanting panorama catches my attention. The moonlight's smile it is.

I begin to wonder, this light that abides with us all throughout this moment, it's extremely desirable as it figures to be our guide to this lonely and scary road.

The moonlight's smile, that seems so reachable but it's undeniably out of touch. It's luminous light that luster in my entire humanity, I just want to savour the moment of it's non-paying ecstasy.

As it beams brightly, that it gives assurance to at least all, that wherever we may go, wherever we may be, the moonlight's smile will surely be there to light our way as we take the lightless road without a single blinker to even carry.

The moonlight's smile, reminded me of  a friend. A friend who stayed by my side, though distance was a question, it never became a barrier to our bond. When I seem to be so lost and confused, that friend of mine gave light to my confused mind.

As every step seems to get darker and darker, I couldn't even see any hints of object or anything that is visible to our only orbs.
And with all of a sudden, there's a light that showed me the path and I saw my friend, smiling.

Just like how the moonlight's smile, no matter how dark and gloomy the night may be, its restless and endearing luminance will always bring and offer its never-ending abundance of light to everyone.

The moonlight's smile that our heavenly Father has made to balance everything.
The moonlight's smile that symbolizes comfort in the dark.
The moonlight's smile that brings both eerie and chilly aura.
The moonlight's smile that will never fail to shine brightly at night.
The moonlight's smile that welcomes us to darkness and offer us such enchanting lightness.
The moonlight's smile that gives assurance that it will continuously shine brighter as it ever be.

The moonlight's smile that captured my heart with an endearing feel of  contentment in this amazing life that God has given me. The moonlight's smile will be forever imprinted here in my beating heart.
