*5 Months Later*

Issie's POV

It's been 4 months and my mom has gotten clean. Everything had been perfect so far. So we're basically a family again. And during those 5 months, I started feeling a warm feeling whenever I was around Mikey.

It's called love stupid!

How would you know that?

Because I'm this thing called a brain?

Whatever.

I got ready for school, as usual, and went down to eat breakfast and walked to school. Basically my routine. Well, my mom drives me from time to time but yeah.

As I was walking down the street, I felt suddenly really queasy. "The fuck." I said holding onto my stomach. I continued walking down the street until I saw school. I got in the school and headed down the hall to my locker. I was feeling really dizzy at this time and I still have no fucking clue to why. I grabbed my books and closed the locker and stood there for a while until I felt a tap on my shoulder. "Shit!" I said jumping and seeing Mikey. "Hey hows it... Woah you're fucking pale." He said. "Am I really that pale now? Hehe." I said joking and trying not to pass out. "Are you okay?" "Yeah! I'm totally fine!" I said picking up my bag. "It doesn't look like it to me." "You can't be so sure,Michael." I said as I held onto him for support. "I'm taking you to the nurse." He said continuing to walk. "No need for the nurse now." I said yawning. "You need it okay." 'Awwww.' I thought. "WhatevARR." I said yawning.

We somehow made it to the nurse without me passing out. "Goodmor... Put her on the bed." Nurse Flowers said. Mikey placed me on the bed, and by this time my eyes started drooping. "Mikeeyy." I yawned. He came by my side. "I love you." I said and blackness covered me.

~In the blackness~

"ISSIE YOU IDIOT DID YOU REALLY SAID THAT?!" My double self said. "I DIDNT KNOW?!" I yelled back. "Hey look a like." She said pointing at a direction. "Oh no I'm dying." I said and ran somewhere far from the light. "So you're gonna leave me behind huh?" "I'm sorry! I did said my last statement out loud didn't I?" But eventually the light caught up to us. "FUCK NO!!"

~Real World~

"Noo!" I said sitting up. I looked around and saw no one in here. "Damn it I am dead." I said pouting. "Not quiet Ms. Scheel." Ms. Flowers said. "Oh hey your dead too!" I said. "Hah, nope, your alive." She said. "You're going home early today, we called in your mom after you passed out." She said. I nodded my head and went to wait in the office.

As I left the nurse to go to the office, I was attacked with hugs. "What the hell." I said looking up to see Ray and Frank. "Don't do that every again!" Ray said. "Do what?" "You drugged yourself." "Um no I didn't." "That's what it said right in the paper." Frank said. I looked at them blankly. I drugged myself?

I know for sure you didn't.

Then who did?

Well your mom is clean and the police had cleaned the house up.

Abbie did it!

"Issie!" Denise and Veronica said. "Huh?" I said snapping out of my thoughts. "Why did you do it?" "I didn't!" I said. "Then why was there a needle in your bag?" Mikey said. I looked at him puzzled. "Are you guys really fucking accusing me for drugging myself when I know I didn't?" I said snapping at them. "Well the evidence is right there!" Mikey. "So now you wanna start huh?" I snapped at him. He had fears in his eyes, but at this point, I didn't give a fuck. "Move." I said trying to get through Gerard and Ray. But they wouldn't let me so I have to go to "Scary Issie". "Ray can you please move?" I said tilting my head. He looked scared so he managed to move. I went through them and left the school and began walking home. "Bitch is gonna pay now." I said.
