Mikey's POV

"Mikey!" Issie said as she waved to me to come over to her. I smiled and went over to her. She sat down so I did as well. "Remember how I was acting kinda strange in school before we came out for winter break?" She asked. I recalled all the events when she acted strange before we left. I nodded my head. "Yeah. What about it?" I asked. "I had been keeping a secret from you and since 2013 is about to end, I believe that I should tell you. My mom had told Abbie and I that we would be moving to..." I didn't let her finish as I went away from her. I can't loose her now. No way in hell am I loosing her. She's everything to me and now she's going to completely leave me. I didn't realize I was crying until I saw some water fall on my jeans. "Mikey! Let me finish!" Issie said as she came to hug me. I tools deep breathe in and out and nodded my head for her to go on. "My mom said that since I have a boyfriend and great friends here that she decided to leave me here with Ray's mom. Eventually she will adopt me so I can stay here for good." She said as she hugged me a little tighter. "Really?" I said with a little sniffle. "Really." She said with a genuine smile. "Thank god. I can't bear to loose you already. Not ever Isabella Scheel." I said as I kissed her nose. She chuckled a little before she kissed my forehead.

-Time lapse; New Years Eve: 11:55-

Everyone had gather around the tv as the clock slowly ticked away towards 12. I was waiting for 11:59 especially. I had kinda planned this surprise for a little while now and I'm starting to get more anxious by the minute.

"3 MINUTES!" Joanna yelled. I only had 2 minutes to basically prepare. I excused myself to the bathroom. I took out my breathe mint and began to chew on it quickly. I returned to my seat and I only had a minute left. I got closer to Issie as the clock struck 11:59. "Issie." "Hmm?" "Kiss me." "Okay." 'Easier than I thought but yknow whatever.' I thought. She placed her lips onto my lips. I swear this might have been a millionth time kissing but I still can't get over the feeling she gives me when she kisses me. We basically had a make out session. "HAPPY NEW YEARS!" Everyone yelled. I waited until it was at least 12:01 to end the make out session.

"Ended 2013 good and started 2014 better." Issie said. I pecked her lip and we all started hugging each other and shit. "Ahh so what now fellas." Vic said. "Not sure man." Allyssa said. "I just realized this is our last year of high school." Veronica said. "Finally! I'm so done with Freedland man!" Denise said as her now black hair dangles while she's upside down. "You still have Freedland?" "Yep. This is what happens when you're extremely smart for your own good." Denise said as she pointed at her head and did a face. "Oh my god!" Issie said as she basically died in her laughter. "Whyyyyyyyyyyy?!?" I said as I collapsed on my knees dramatically. "Hah I'm not gone yet." She said as she began to control herself a bit more.

"Well I'm tired. Night loves!" Issie said as she went to the door. "I'll walk you." I said and went out the door with her. "Thank you for tonight and yesterday." Issie said as he hugged me. "Don't worry about it, you deserved it." I said as I kissed the top of her head. "What am I going to do with you Michael?" "Continue dating me for a very long time I suppose?" I said with a smile. "I'm already on that silly boy." She said as she pinched my cheeks. "Well night Mikey. I love you." "I love you too Issie." I said kissing her one more time before letting her go inside. Oh Issie, you know how to make me feel like I'm on top of the world.

HAPPY NEW YEARS GUYS! Ugh I have schools in 4 days .-. Or 3 days for all the east coast people. And I have to do a project .__. Guess I'll be busy tomorrow. Well here is your New Year's gift c: I hope you enjoy it very much :3
