Our time together didn't last long. The boys had started a new tour in America and Skye was with them. A few months down the line, in September, I had to return home to London to get all my stuff sorted for Milan. Not only didn't I need to sort out stuff for myself, but I needed to sort out different clothing line and needed to work on my photography. I had worked so hard on every bit of clothing I had created, and what was different about mine this time round, was that I had ages ranging and different sexes for modelling, showing I support both male and female modelling.

"Mimi, I think it's time you go home now." Ria said as she started to pack my work up.

"But I need to get this finished for Milan. It's only like a month away." I sighed and she laughed.

"A month away and you're nearly complete with it. I know you're trying to keep yourself busy because you miss everyone, but you also have to sleep. Come on, go home." I yawned and slumped back in my chair.

"I guess it would be nice to sleep in my own bed." When the boys had left for the American leg- I had slept in my office over at the studio. The only thing that kept me alvie through out the day was plenty of caffeine which I was blessed with. I finally got my male - both adult and child side of the clothing line done and I just had to focus on the female side as well as sorting out all my photography. I had a tendency of drifting off into space, but luckily I had Ria to pull me out of my trances.

"Come on, you're going home." She said and I stood up and followed her out the door. On the way home all we really spoke about was the tour, Italy, Milan and of course the wedding.

I didn't want to push Luke too quickly. It was one thing being engaged and then making your commitment to each other official, it's a much bigger deal. I hadn't really thought about the wedding; themes, tradition, bridemaids, venues and even guests. I wanted it to be something that me and Luke had decided and discussed together.

We got home and I couldn't sleep at all and when I started to drift off to sleep, Luke called.

"Hey, mummy!" Skye screeched down the phone.

"Hey, Darling, how are you? Are you having fun?"

"It's so fun, mum! And I went on stage tonight. It was so bright and loud." I could tell she was still on a concert/ performing hype, so I just laughed and listened to her blabber on about the songs and how the weather had been and how beautiful America was.

"Hey, babe." I was caught off guard and my eyes widened.

"Luke!"

"How you coping without me?" he laughed a little and I did too.

"I'm doing just fine," I was lying straight through my teeth, but nobody needed to know that.

"Won't be long till we both see each other." he had a light chuckle in his voice and I couldn't tell if that was a good or bad thing.

"I don't even know what time it is over here." I laughed.

"Have you not slept at all?" the chuckle was no longer there and he sounded worried.

"I have, it's just that I've been over at the office for most of my days."

"Why haven't you been home, babe?"

I stuttered. I didn't want to sound pathetic saying how much I missed him and was just stressed over work and how much I wanted to see Skye. "Just been working," I said and he sighed.

"You have to sleep. If I get home and you're tired as hell and we can't do anything, I will make you sleep until you have full energy, okay?" I laughed lightly before he added. "Sorry, the boys are calling me, Skye's with Mike at the minute so I will tell her you said goodnight. Love you."

"Love you too." I said before I hung up. I finally got to sleep, whether it was night or not and didn't wake up till the following morning.

------

I woke up alarmed. I could smell burning. At first I panicked, I thought that I had developed sleepwalking and started to cook something but left it and let my kitchen burn down in flames, but when I approached the kitchen, in my shorts and a vest, I saw a tall figure, swearing to himself as he ran one of my dresses under the tap in the sink. I stood there, gauping at him till I finally realised.

"Luke!"  I shouted and ran over to him. He dropped my dress and wrapped his arms around me, picking me up off the floor a little. I kissed all over his face but looked down at him in confusion. "Two questions- one, Why do you have my dress? and two, Why on earth didn't you tell me you were coming home?!" he laughed at my shouting and let go of our hug.

"Okay, so I'm home because I wanted to surprise you and we've got the weekednd off and two, I have your dress becsuse we were supposed to go to out today but I burnt your dress on the iron and I cant get it off, I'm so sorry." I laughed at his sweet gesture and got the dress from him.

"Well, even though it was one of my favoruties, I really couldn't care less because you're home!"

"I'm home." he laughed. We stood in the kitchen for a while, just messing about, until I heard Ashton's voice.

"Luke, what the hell happened? It smells like you've set fire to the place-oh hi Mimi" Ashton put down a few shopping bags and came and hugged me. I watched over his shoulder as a sleepy Skye walked in- pajamas on and a stuffed teddy that she kept with her at all times.

"Skye," I called in a sing song way. She looked so out of it and her eyes were watering from yawning so much. "Oh come to mummy," I knelt down and she basically fell into my arms and started to sleep. "Nice to know she missed me." I laughed. The poor girl had her sleeping routine changed a hundred times and timezones were constantly on the switches. For a five year old, it was a lot to deal with and I couldn't blame her for being so tired.

"Looks like someone's ready for bed already." Luke said and he placed a hand on the bottom of my back as we went to put our daughter to bed.

After Skye had settled, Luke and I spoke about what had happened while we hadn't been together. We got onto the topic of the wedding before Luke decided we should go look at different places. "We might not be getting married for a few yers yet," he said. "but I want to know what type of place we're getting married in."

That was an amazing day. Ashton looked after Skye while Luke and I went to look at different venues for our wedding. I was excited and nervous. It was the biggest step I had ever made in my entire life and I just wanted it to be a good one.

A/n- so my wattpad has been all over the place these past few days and I'm just kinda trying to catch up with it all...
