True to his word we went back to bed and he showed me different positions. My favorite was him on top and me able to see him. After fooling around we laid there and watched a movie before drifting off to sleep. I woke to my phone ringing again and got up to answer.
"sweetie its mom I got bad news honey,she said sniffing. My heart started to beat faster as I waited for her bad news,your grandma died today".
My heart sank and I burst into sobs dropping the phone. I was extremely close with that woman and she knew how much I loved Nick. I told her everything and I mean everything.
"baby",Nick said grabbing me and pulling me to him. His face showed how worried he was as he picked up my phone. He put it to his ear and talked to my mom who was yelling for me to answer. He talked to her while I cried in his chest. His big hands rubbed my back as he tried to soothe me.
"yeah Mrs. Heart I got her. I'm sorry about your mom. Is there anything you need?",he asked kissing my head.
I could hear her talk but I continued to cry.
"when do we need to be there?",he asked and I hugged him tighter. Nick was rubbing my back as he finished talking to my mom and hung up. He picked me up bridal style and walked me to my bed. Kissing me he laid us down and held me.
"let it out baby I'm right here. Just let it out",he said holding me tighter. I did let it out I cried myself to sleep. I woke to Nick still holding me and his big hands rubbing my back.
"you okay now baby?",he asked kissing my head. I just nodded cause I knew if I talked I would break down crying again. He kissed my lips and pulled me closer to him.
He got up and made calls before coming back to me. He pulled me back into his arms and I snuggled up to him.
"I will go with you so don't worry about that. I already called and booked our hotel so you don't have to see Bridget. I also got a rental car so don't worry about anything just pack",he said softly.
I nodded and he took me into my shower. Once in there he washed me which I think he really enjoyed. He kissed me passionately before we had shower sex. Lets just say that shower sex is awesome I don't think I ever came that hard. Actually any sex with Nick was the best sex but I won't tell him that. After I washed him which led to more sex we got out and got ready to make the trip to my mom's house.
We left after I called my job and took a leave of absence. I also called Andrea and she told me to be careful before hanging up. We headed out after stopping at Nick's apartment for him to pack a bag. I was still upset but thank god he was with me.
"I swear B you got me the whole time. I won't leave you alone",he said kissing my knuckles.
"I'm sorry Nick",I said looking out the window.
"for what baby?",he asked looking at me briefly before focusing back on the road.
"for crying to much and being so clingy I know you hate clingy",I said tears filling my eyes again. He was gonna dump me.
"B,he said pulling over and throwing the car in park,I told you your not losing me so stop doubting us I am here cause I want to be and your not clingy. Plus you have a right to cry your grandma was a incredible woman",he said pulling me close and kissing my lips.
"I love you Nick",I said after he pulled back.
"I love you more B",he said getting us back on the road. I just hope he was right and he wouldn't hurt me.
