I dressed fast and looked at Beth who was pulling on her clothes. She finger combed her hair and stood up to get the door. The bodyguard stood looking at us worried and motioned for me to answer my phone.
"we got a big problem",the detective said as soon as I answered my phone. I sighed clearly frustrated by this bullshit.
"what now?",I growled watching as Mitch handed my wife an envelope. She opened it and gasped.
"we found Adam but Nicki is still out there somewhere. We found envelopes with threats to your wife all over the city",he said sounding tired and upset.
Beth was openly crying as she read the damn threat. Nicki was one sick bitch. We talked more before I told him my wife needed me. Hanging up I took the letter and growled. Nicki sent my girl death threats and she wasn't holding back either. She threatened her, my son and my dad.

"I have to go call me later",I say hanging up. I call the detective and tell him my plan. He agrees reluctantly and I tell Beth our plan. She is hesitant but agrees.
One hour later my phone rings and I play along as they trace the call. She talks happy as I pray the trace works.
"meet me at the old sugar mill tomorrow night",she says before hanging up.
Looking at the cop they give me a thumbs up and I sigh as I hang up and lay down my cell phone.
