Jiyuu's POV
Traydor.
Wala kang ginawang tama.(2)
Tinalikuran mo ang iyong pagkatao.(3)
Magsisi ka.
Magdusa ka.(4)
Magdusa ka!!!
My eyes opened, and my breaths quickened as I sat up abruptly on the bed.
What happened to me?
Memories flooded back to my mind, hurting my head.
Damn those Mahika Dilim. Casting a spell on me to lose my sanity.
I saw a figure next to my bed, sitting on a chair, head leaning against the back of the chair, mouth slightly open, jaw clenched, teeth grinding against each other, eyes shut tightly, as if the person was having a nightmare.
It was none other than the king.
I stared at him for a while, never taking my eyes off him for even a second. I took note of his unusual sleeping habit that almost made me laugh.
He has this kind of unusual side too.
I smiled slightly, as my hand involuntarily reached up to touch his hair, careful not to wake him up.
His locks were impossibly soft, and it had a wonderful shade of onyx that made me marvel at it. He stirred slightly at my touch, and I quickly retreated my hand with a shade of crimson blooming on my cheeks.
I'm stupid, that's what.
What am I thinking?
"You're awake." the deep baritone of his voice bringing me back to reality.
"What happened?"He sighed and ran a hand through his hair, as he told me everything that happened the moment I lost consciousness.
"You fell off the tree you climbed in. Luckily, I caught you before you could fall to the ground." he said.
He cleared his throat as he averted his gaze from me, a visible blush on his cheeks as he did so.
So... he saved me.
Again.
"Thanks." I mumbled, and directed my gaze to the amber bedsheets.
Traydor.
I clamped my hands over my ears. No, not this again.
"Jiyuu?" he asked, tone mixed with hints of concern.
Nagpapagamit ka lang sa kanya.(5)
Stop it. Stop it all.
My right hand clenched the covers tightly, my teeth gritted against each other as my eyes widened in horror.
I was shaking.
Magdusa ka, Mahika Blanca!
"It's okay." I heard him say.
I was pressed against his chest, arms wrapping around me tightly, trying to drown out the words in my head with his faint whispers of consolation.
"Everything's going to be fine."
The words in my head started to evaporate as he continued to console me.
I drifted off to sleep, in the warmth of his arms.
I felt safe, with him.
----------Kageyama's POV
She's asleep.
"You're really mysterious." I said.
Making sure she was asleep, I added.
"I think... I think I... I love you."
There are many things best left unexplained. One of them is love.
