Donnie groans as he woke up, his body felt sore but it's nothing he can't handle, he sat up from the table and rubs his head, his lab was still dark, the only light that's in the room were candles that illuminates the room in a soft glow.
Donnie got up and walks to the living, Mikey was hugging Leo, shaking in fear, 15 years old and he's still scared of the dark.
"I see you finally wake up", Raph said looking at his nerdy brother, "what happened back there?", he asked.
Donnie blinked in confusion, then he remembers what happened and felt guilty, "I-I don't know", he said, "I just froze."
Master Splinter came in, holding a candle and looks at his sons, "have you figured out what has happened to the electricity", he asked, "yes, sensei, there was this girl taking the electricity from the city, she seems insane or something", Raph said, he wanted to give the girl a piece of his mind.
"My sons, you must stop her, if she continues to do this, then New York would suffer", Master Splinter said, stroking his thin beard.
"How about we take her down", Raph said, cracking his knuckles, "what about we talk to her?", Donnie suggested, everyone looks at him, "are you crazy? She'll zap us with her lightning powers", Mikey said, shaking in fear.
"Mikey's right, she doesn't seem to watch to talk, I think it's best to just stop her before she succeeds", Leo said, Donnie frowned, he doesn't want anyone to get hurt, specially the ones who doesn't deserve it, "let's get some sleep, we'll track her down tomorrow", Leo said, Raph growls but nodded he wanted to find the girl now but they were too tired to track anyone down.
Later at night, Donnie got up from his bed and put his gear and mask, he was going to find that girl and hopefully talk some sense into her.
Donnie got out of his room and snuck out of the lair, "I just hope she listens", he mumbles to himself as he left the lair.
