TMNT: Once Evil, Always Evil? (Donnie x reader)

Chapter 7

You and Donnie have been hanging out for the past two weeks, your friendship growing stronger every time he comes to visit. Donnie had promised to keep your location a secret, mostly because he doesn't want his brothers finding it out and end up killing you or something.

Anyway, you and Donnie were laying on your backs on a rooftop, stargazing. "Wow, I always wondered what the night sky is like without the city lights making it difficult", you said, amazed by the stars and nebulas. "Yeah, I guess taking the electricity is a good thing, huh?", Donnie chuckles, elbowing you jokingly. You laughed a little, "I guess", you both fell into a comfortable silence, just looking at the sky, after a few seconds, you turned to Donnie. "Donnie, don't you wish to be normal like everyone else," you asked, curious.

Donnie looks at you, "what do you mean?" "Well, don't you wish to be a normal teenager, go to school and make more friends?" Donnie turned to the stars again, thinking about the question. He honestly haven't thought about it in a while, Mikey always says that he wanted to go to school but that's about it. After a moment, he answered, "well, yeah, sometimes, but I'm happy not being normal, there's always something new to do and well, I got meet you," Donnie blushes a little when he said that. "I became your friend and you forgave me for turning you into a electric maniac," that was a joke and you laughed, "well, maybe it's better to be this way, after all, I met you," you said before looking at the sky again.

You felt a strange warmth in your chest as your heart started to beat a little faster, you cleared your throat. "How come you didn't want to come after me like your brothers," you asked, this question bugging you ever since you met Donnie. Donnie paused for a moment, "well, because I don't think you're evil at all, I just thought maybe I could talk you out of stealing electricity from the city," he finally answered.

You laughed, "it's a little late for that," you and Donnie laughed a little before you stood up and stretched, "well, I have to get going, I'll see you tomorrow?" Donnie stood up as well, "of course, have a good night, (Y/N)." You nodded before running off, Donnie sighed before running to opposite direction home, he loved hanging out with you, you became the best friend he could ever ask for! Though....he has that strange feeling in his chest the was sorta like when he met April, but much more stronger.

When he got to the lair, it was dark which means everyone was asleep, so he started to tiptoe to his room when suddenly the lights turned on. He halted mir inches from his door, "where were you," a familiar voice growled, Donnie sighed, of course someone's going to find out but why him? Donnie slowly turns around to see none other than Raphael, who has his arms crossed and glared at his genius brother. "I was just walking around the sewers," Donnie replied, "you've been walking around the sewers for weeks," Raph retort lowly, obviously not buying.

"I just have a lot on my mind is all Raph," Raph's face twisted a little in annoyance, "Donnie, I know something's going on with you and I'm going to find out what." With that Raph turns off the lights and goes to his room, Donnie gulps a little, what if he finds out that he was hanging out with (Y/N) and turns to tracking her down through him?

Donnie is in deep trouble....
