Vadison's POV
I wake up from a dreamless sleep, and I go do the bathroom to take a quick shower and brush my teeth. I get ready by putting on a navy windbreaker with black lululemon leggings. I put my hair up into a ponytail and put on a blue headband. Today is conditioning for softball, so I have to dress actively. I grab a granola bar and grab my backpack, then I head for school.

I arrive to school and see Jay leaning on the pole waiting for me. He smiles brightly when he sees me, and he heads over to where I am standing. I give him a peck and say, "Good morning Jay." He smiles and says, "Good morning V." He leans in and gives me a kiss. We start to take it too far, but then we hear, "Hey! Get a room! I don't appreciate your show of PDA." We pull away and see Bry and Kay standing there with their arms crossed. I smile and say, "Good morning guys! Did you enjoy the show?" I see Kay trying to stifle her laughter and Bry shakes his head vigorously and says, "Are you kidding? I did not enjoy that!" After, we all burst into laughter and the bell rang, signaling to go to class.

The morning classes fly by quickly, and lunch is finally here. I hurry out of 4th period and go to my locker. I get my lunch which is leftover curry and rice. I also have a regular flavored ramune with chocolate flavored pocky sticks. I head over to the table and slide in next to Jay. I look up, and I am shocked. I see Tay and Nico playing tonsil hockey right in front of us. I clear my throat awkwardly and they pull away faces flushed. I wave my arms in the space between them and say, "Can anyone tell me what happened here? Did I miss out on anything important? Nico opens his mouth to reply, but Bry cuts in and says, "Well, today during break when we were going to class, Nico confessed to Tay, and she confessed too, and then happiness and rainbows spewed everywhere, and then this happened." I laugh and say, "Is this true?" Jay nods his head and sighs saying, "Unfortunately, Bry is right for once, they did confess during break."

We laugh and then after a few minutes, we start to eat our lunch which seems like an eternity. I dig in and try not to spill the curry on my new windbreaker. I successfully do not drop curry on my windbreaker and I drink my ramune. I let out a huge burp and Jay jumps up startled. He puts a hand up to his chest and says, "Jesus Christ V! You scared the bejezzus out of me!" (A/N: Sorry for all of those people who I might've offended when I said Jesus Christ. I use that sometimes and I am not meaning to offend you.) The squad just bursts into laughter and we laugh until our sides hurt and we have tears streaming out of our eyes. The bell rings and then we leave for the final classes of the day.

I am now currently at the track stretching before our workout. I see all of my teammates doing the same, but except for the malingerer Michelle. She always fakes injuries like knee problems, hurt ankles, and shoulder aches. She seriously brings the team down and she is like an annoying fly. We finish stretching and hear a whistle blown. Coach says, "Good afternoon ladies, the first thing we will be doing is running 10 laps around the track, then get a 1 minute water break." We all hurry to the track, because if we complain, then she adds 10 more laps for each person that complains. We start to run, and by the 10th lap, I can feel my asthma kicking in. I finish my laps before everyone else, and I hurry to my bag to take my inhaler. I grab my inhaler and take 2 puffs. I immediately feel my lungs open up again, and then I sip my water. All of my teammates come back panting hard, and they drink their water. We wait for 30 seconds, and then coach blows her whistle and we run over.

"The next thing you will be doing is an obstacle course. The first station is doing planks for the whole time of the station. Station two is where the ladders are. You will be doing any exercise you would like. For example, typewriter, shuffle, diamond, two feet in each box, etc. The third station is the heavy bags. You will run with the heavy bad behind you, and you will run to the other side of the track. The fourth station is the ropes. You will do circles, up and down, and slams. The fifth and final station is stair climbs. You will climb the stairs of the bleachers until time is up. At every station, you CANNOT STOP. For every person who stops, we will add 30 more seconds. Got it?" We all process this in our heads, and we say, "Yes coach." We go to our stations and wait for the whistle.

I start at the heavy bags, and they got harder each run. We went through the whole system twice, and we finally got a water break. The toughest station for me was the stairs. There were 50 stairs on the bleachers, and we got tired each climb. The final thing we need to do today is run sprints. We line up at the start line, and we get ready. We start sprinting, and I am near the front. We reach the end, and coach comes over and says, "Well done ladies, we will end conditioning here. You ladies worked hard today. Now let's break it off." So we break and conditioning is over. I get my things and go home. I can already feel my legs slowly turning into jello as I walk home, and my shoulders are aching. "I am surely going to suffer tomorrow." I thought as I took a shower that night. I groan and put my forehead on the shower door.
