Serena's pov

I woke up today extra early. I don't want to be late for my first day on the job. I have been smiling the entire day so far and i don't know why. I hopped in the shower and did my daily routine.

After, i put on a formal skirt and shirt and a black heels. I exited my door and headed to work.

As i entered the building i noticed that every woman i passed gave me a death glare except for the old woman at the front desk. She is very sweet to me.

As i enter the elevator there was this girl who was only staring at me so i decided to confront her.

"Excuse, do you have a problem with me?"

She gave me the deadliest look i have ever seen and then responded with a whole lot of attitude.

"I know who you are, and i know what is you job so if you think you are here to take away my man think again  b****"

My eyes buldged out at the words she just said to me. I had no idea who was this man she was talking about.

"Who are you even talking about. I don't know any men here."

"Sureee, i know you know him and i know that you want him but beware he is MINE and mine alone so do not touch him.

As i was about to say something else the elevator doors opened and she stepped out.

I watched her very furiously as she walked out swaying her hips more than necessary.

In a matter of seconds we were on the top floor where i would be working.

I saw a desk with my name on it so i decided to set up and wait for the boss.

Fifteen minutes later and i heard a ding by the elevator. My back was against the elevator so i didn't know who it was.

Someone tapped me on me shoulder and when i turned around my eyes widened and my jaw dropped.

"Serena" he whispered. His face mimicked the same expression i had.

"Alessio?" I whispered, "you work here?"

He laughed at the sentence and didn't  say anything for a bit but then responded.

"I am the boss here" he stated and my eyebrows immediately scrunched.

"You are my boss?" I asked with a look of confusion written on my face.

"Yes"

"Oh" was all i said because i didn't know what else to say.

Days have gone by and i have been thinking of things to say to him, but now that he is finally infront of me i have no clue what to say so i just say the first thing that comes to mind.

"So do you have any wo-wo-rk for me to do? I asked stuttering for the most of it.

"Ammm yessss their are some papers right there" he said while pointing to the stack of papers, "that has to be done by the end of the day."

I just nodded very quickly and sat down, turning my back towards him.

He just walked into his office without  saying a word to me.

For the rest of the day i sat there doing paperwork but every now and then peeping glances at him.
