XXV

Alessio's pov.

I looked at my closet, an back to my suitcase. I barely have normal clothes, most of my clothes are suits or formal wear. I packed all the normal clothes I had and two suits for the conference itself. I never really bought normal clothes because I work 24/7. I quickly packed up the rest of the items that I would need on the trip and stuffed the suitcases in the trunk of my car.

I hopped in and quickly drove to the airport. It was Friday night and I had to reach there by 9 pm but of course, I reached there 15 minutes late, due to the huge amount of traffic, but thank god that I didn't miss our flight.

During the flight, every now an then I would look over to Serena who would always be looking outside the window, she is so intrigued by the scenery and it amazes me, but she has a right to keep looking out the window, it is beautiful.

I looked over to see Xavier grinning back at me for staring at her and I immediately wacked him in his head and told him to shut up. Sometimes he really gets on my nerves but I love him. I looked at her one more time and this time she caught me.

"Why are you looking at me for?" She asked, looking straight at me with her beautiful eyes.

"What? Can I not look at you" I said, a smirk lingering on my lips.

"N-NO Its just that you scared me a little bit"

I internally laughed at how easy she gets scared and she turned back to stare out the window again. For the rest of the flight, Xavier and I were laying a card game that we invited Serena to play but she denied, probably because she doesn't know how to play or doesn't even like cards.

×AFTER THE FLIGHT×

We stepped out of the plane and I was met with the smell of the Hawaiian Island. I have been here many times already, and each time I come back it always amazes me. I looked over to see that Serena was mesmerized by the view so I decided to ruin it for her.

"Stop drooling," I said and she looked at me with wide eyes before wiping the sides of her mouth.

Not many people have gotten me to laugh, but she is one who definitely can. I began to laugh so hard, if anyone outside saw me, they would think I am a mad man.

"You are so self-conscious, there is no drool, come on, let's get to the hotel," I said while grabbing her hand and pulling her along.

After a short 10 minute drive, we reached our destination, one of the most notorious hotels in Hawaii. Every time I came here I always choose this hotel since the staff was so kind and the hotel itself is magnificent. As we entered the hotel I looked over to her and she was smiling, like a kid on Christmas.

"What are you smiling at?"

"Nothing, I am just remembering one of my childhood shows, The suite life of Zack and Cody"

"Oh yesss, I loved that show, who was your favorite character, mines was London"

" Esteban Julio Ricardo Montoya de la Rosa Ramírez. He was my favorite" she said which made me watch her in surprise, she knew his whole name. Nobody knows his whole name.

"You know his whole name?"

"Yeaaa, who doesn't"

"Everyone"

"Except me"

"Except you Serena, except you," I said and smiled. The things this girl does to me.

She was absolutely amazing, but now is not time to get mushy. The three of us exited the elevator and Serena was in her room first, mine was right next to hers and Xavier's next to mine.

As soon as I entered my room and closed the door, it was immediately opened again by Xavier. He came in, took off his shoes and just jumped on my bed as he owned it. I rolled my eyes at his childish behavior.

"So are you gonna make a move on this trip?"

"Make a move with who? where? Yea I might move here" Trying to avoid the questions and change the subject by playing dumb, but he was not falling for any of my schemes.

"Oh, you know what I am talking about. Serena, talk to her on this trip, make a move, she will love it"

"Oh since when are you the love whisperer, you haven't had a stable girlfriend for years" I laughed as I said this and all he did was throw a pillow at my face. See, I properly managed to change the topic.

For the rest of the morning, he just troubled me about Serena and I nagged him about being single. He finally got tired opening his big mouth he left my room and I was finally allowed to have a peaceful sleep.
