Kimberley's POV

I sip my drink immediately feeling the hot substance burning my tongue.

Every time I have a hot drink the first sip burns my tongue, you'd think I would have learnt by now to leave it to cool down for a bit but I don't.

I watch as Cheryl reaches out to the coffee table for a sip of her coffee and from the look on her face I know she's burnt her tongue as well.

We're both as bad as each other.

We decided to have a lazy morning before we meet Nadine, Sarah and Nicola out for lunch and then have to go to the studio for the Sunday night filming of the X Factor.

Usually on a Sunday we have a few hours free before our busy lives start up again and we're spending our time relaxing, just being with each other.

It's times like this that I always wanted when I was a child, just to be so comfortable around someone that you don't have to speak you can be be content with each other.

We had been searching through the channels on our tv for a while trying to find something to watch until Cheryl had found the original Alice in Wonderland.

I had agreed to watch it because finding it seemed to make her happy, then again so does every Disney movie we come across, and she hadn't spoken since it had started. She was cuddled into my side and engrossed in the film, just like a 6 year old girl would be.

Personally I didn't really understand it, especially not the start but there was no way I was going to tell Cheryl that.

I was perfectly happy playing my her hair and watching her face light up whenever she would laugh at what was going happening on tv.

During this moment it came clear to me that I had fallen hard for Cheryl, right now I couldn't imagine my life without her.

"Thank you, your meals will be out shortly."

Our waiter collects our menus before leaving our table and shuffling over to the kitchen.

"He was cute." I can't help but roll my eyes at Sarah's choice of words.

It was obvious that he had a crush on Cheryl since the second he saw her. His eyes practically came out of his skull but I have to hand it to him, so far he had acted pretty professional, apart from the odd slip up.

There's no reason for me to be jealous though, firstly because as soon as he walked away Cheryl placed her hand on my thigh underneath the table and secondly because he looks about 12.

I'd say he had only just started working here, he must be 17 or 18 but he looks so young.

"He still looks like he should be holding his mums hand across the road." It seems I wasn't the only one who thought he looked young by Nadine's comment.

Knowing we could stay on this conversation for a while I decide to change the topic.

"Anyway, Nicola are you getting nervous seeing as it's getting closer to the big day?"

In just over a week Nicola is showcasing her latest designs, she's done this before but not on this big of a scale, more people are starting to recognise her as a designer and its really helping her career.

It already sounds like there is going to be a lot of people there, including very important people that Nicola needs to impress if she wants to get anywhere in the fashion industry so we all refer to it as the big day.

It's also the first time that Cheryl will be seeing any of Nicola's designs so she's very excited.

"I'd be fine if everything went according to plan, we've had problems with the models and the lighting keeps going wrong, I just hope everything will be working by next week."
