**Aero's POV**
I finished giving Bruce a short briefing as we landed on the helicarrier. Satisfied he knew all he needed to know for the moment, I stepped out of the back hatch of the jet onto the flight deck of the helicarrier. It was still resting in the sea at this point. A small ocean breeze blew past me making a chill run up my spine. I spotted Natasha and Colsen across the flight deck from where we had landed. They were standing with a tall blonde man. I knew him from the photo in his file, and Colsen's collectible trading cards. The man none other than was Captain America, Steve Rogers. I had a charming smile on my lips as I headed across the flight deck to meet up with them. I didn't pay much attention to if Doctor Banner had followed me or not.
"Hi," I greeted the small group. "You must be Captain America, Steve, right?" I asked sweetly as I extended my hand towards him. He turned his head at the sound of my voice and smiled back at me. He nodded his head in answer to my question and accepted my handshake. "I'm Agent Aero Mitchell." I introduced myself.
"Nice to meet you, Ma'am." Steve was very respectful as we exchanged greetings. Natasha gave me a small questioning look as I had walked up without Doctor Banner. I knew she was wondering if I had succeeded in my mission. I turned my head glancing over my shoulder in the direction I had come from. I spotted Doctor Banner nervously heading in our direction. He would stop every few feet as one of the crew members would cross his path. I couldn't stay mad at him very long, he looked like a nervous puppy. I let out a small sigh and waited for him to join us. Natasha was pulled away from our conversation by something. She placed her finger to her ear and tried to focus on what she was hearing through all the noise around us.
"I'm sorry," She apologized to Steve more than to me. "Colson, They need us on the bridge. They're starting the face scan." She instructed. She gave my shoulder a small pat and turned away. Colson moved, falling in step with Natasha as they headed up to the bridge. "See you in there." I figured that I would lead Doctor Banner and Captain Rogers up there after a few minutes.
"Doctor Banner," Steve greeted him when he was close enough to hear. Doctor Banner looked a bit nervous as he accepted Steve's offer for a handshake. I stood off to the side watching the two of them interact. I was aware that the lab accident that made Doctor Banner into the Hulk was a result of scientists attempting to recreate the Super Soldier serum that was given to Steve.
"Oh Yeah, Hi." He spoke in a friendly tone. "They told me you'd be coming." His eyes bounced over to me for a brief second. Their hand shake ended and Doctor Banner started to rub his hands together again. Another nervous habit he seemed to have.
"Word is that you can find the cube," Steve grinned. His smile was dazzling, no wonder they used him as the face of the military during the war. He was very charming looking. The wind was blowing off the ocean around us. Doctor Banner looked a bit nervous when Steve mentioned that he had heard about himself.
"Is that," He paused, clearing his throat. "The only word on me?" Doctor Banner asked as he looked to Steve with an apprehensive smile. Of course he would want to know if Steve had heard about the Hulk as well. He glanced around at those around him, as if he needed to be sure that no one was watching him. He was safe on the helicarrier. Most of those on the flight deck were too worried about their jobs to be worried about Doctor Banner.
"Only word I care about," Steve reassured. I was sure that Colson had told him about the Hulk, but Steve seemed much too polite to bring it up with Doctor Banner. My intercom in my ear picked up the ship-wide call that we would be going into the air soon. I turned my attention away from the boys listening in to the radio.
"Gentlemen," I encouraged getting their attention away from whatever conversation they had been having moments before. "You might want to step inside in a minute," I started to usher them towards the door that led inside of the helicarrier. "It's going to get a little hard to breath," I snickered a bit at the thought of what they were going to think of the helicarrier lifting into the air. I heard the flight crew hustling around us as they moved to secure the jets to the flight deck. Steve and Bruce looked around us concerned and confused. The water started to churn below us as the large turbines started to pick up speed.
