They wind blew in her face as she passed by the trees. She pulled her hood on and stuffed her hands in her pockets. Walking as fast as she 'humanly' could knowing that she isn't. Her thoughts were clouded and wouldn't go away. All she kept admitting was that she really was different and there is no one else out there just like her. She's a freak. Soon she found herself back in the city nearing the library but that wasn't her destination. She turned the corner into the alley. Hopped over the gate and made sure no one was around before she transported to the to top of the abandoned building. Spacious. She thought. Meanwhile back at the house Àngel was going over plans for the upcoming war. You see back in his world it was terrible. His people were dying by the second. He was head of security. He is the best of the best. He is okay with his job. Protect the king and the people of both worlds even though he could care less about humans. His mission was to keep Akira safe and train her well. She is the only one that can save his kind. He suddenly realized that she wasn't really going to the library as she wrote, but instead running. He pictured the abandoned library which
she obviously worked at and didn't see her anywhere. He couldn't catch her scent or hear her thoughts in there. He pulled his shoulder length hair into a bun and pulled on a shirt with a jacket. Then transported to the abandoned library thinking maybe he overlooked something. She wasn't there but he caught he scent. He doesn't know why he still has her scent the only way for someone to still smell someone is if...No impossible he thought. Akira is half human she can't be his mate. Im not even attracted to her. She's a disgusting creature of this world. No I'll take her to the king so we can be separated. Akira scent got stronger as he entered the alley. No one was there except a bunch of drug dealers and low life humans. He was about to climb over the gate but was suddenly jerked back. He heard the men talking to him about showing respect but they didn't deserve it and he doesn't give respect to anyone.

He sensed a punch coming his way. He caught his fist and twisted it but not enough to break it. Then other people who he assumed were his gang stood up. The man brought his other fist and he dodged it. The man was confused. Àngel dropped his fist and backed away. But the gang leader didn't like that. So he tried to punch him again. Àngel was getting pissed off more and more so he started fighting. He punched the guy in his face a couple of times. Kneed him kicked him. Punched him some more to the point where the gang leader had a bloody face and was on the ground about to pass out. Àngel looked at the other men and they scurried out of the alley like rats. He was beyond pissed. He's furious. He transport inside of the abandoned building. He was growling and trying to control his anger. Her scent was higher up. So he teleported to the top floor and in front of him was a door he scent was stronger and was behind that door. He opened the door and found Akira trying to hide on the side of a wall. He walked the otheside and he stood behind her. His eyes were probably blue and orange by now due to his anger.

He had her trapped against the wall. He was holding her so tight that he could crush her arms in his hands. But sure enough it would leave a bruise.

You fucking lied. I went looking for you. I should snap your fucking neck and leave you in the forest for the animals to feed on! You can't even protect yourself out here let alone take care of yourself. All you can do is walk around hoping no one sees you. No one wants to fucking pay attention to a girl like you. Your fucking weak! You will come back with me to the island and you will train 24/7. No resting. I will make you work until you want to kill yourself. He teleported them back to the house. He put away his papers and clothes and took them to his all black Lexus. Soon Akira came downstairs with her one bag of clothes. He put her stuff in the trunk of his car while she got in. Then he powered down the house back to its dark shallow self and they were on their way.

They'll be driving for hours just to get to the barrier. Then to get access and get towards the island will take more time. But it's worth it. For him to be training her where he's comfortable and has the materials. He listened in on her thoughts.

I hate him. What if he kills me. What if they all kill me because I'm too different.

He looked at he though the mirror and saw a tear fall from her eyelashes. He felt regretful.
