Some days were spoke about life, other days, we discussed the weather---and whenever we laughed it was the best sex ever.

I woken up before her. When I left she was asleep. I left a note saying they needed me at the office and she is welcome to visit. Today will be my first day back since the attack and semi out coming. She was still naked under the sheets I put her under in our room.

As I walked towards the entrance, reporters came up to me asking questions about the heir and about Akira. The mystery girl. That stupid bitch of a reporter ran the story on her show, I knew I should've made her leave.  In the building everyone quivered in fear. Not the usual fear, their fear of me was stronger than when I left months ago. The woman that brought me coffee was shaking visibly. The security guards didn't bother asking for ID or looked at me. They scurried away.

"I am here now what seems to be the problem?" I hung my jacket on the back of the chair and rolled up my sleeves.
     "We're worried for our kind. Everyone is now."
     "The stunt you did the day Aur-"
"Do NOT! Utter that name!" Silence filled the room. I scoffed and said continue
     "The entire Kistonian population saw it. The wings, eyes, strength. Most believe you should be able to rule over us others want-"
"..........want what?"
     "Um.."
"Are we now drunk off stupidity!? The leaders can't talk now? What? Huh?"
     "Sir they want--"
     "Sir there is an emergency"
" This meeting isn't over I will be back. What's the problem?"
      " Well downstairs in the lobby a lady is resisting arrest. She claims she knows you. We told her to find the nearest shelter but she continued to stay. Sir she has the scent of human on her. So we ordered them to take her to the extraction containment."
"Did you say human?"
      "Yes, sir can you believe it someone brought a filthy-"
"You finish that sentence I do more than hold you over this railing. Tell them let her go...... NOW!"
     "A-a-abort bring the lady back b-b-bosses orders. Hurry"
     "Fuck the bosses orders. We're at the halfway point of the EC if you wanna watch take the bosses elevator. Over"
"Move from this spot you die" in a second I was by Akira. I felt her pain. In her shoulder, and face.

"You hurt my mate. Why didn't you follow orders. You think you're just a brave little piece of shit huh? As a matter of fact-- I was the one that saved you from dying. All three of you. You don't remember? Let me show vividly. As a gift from me to you" I began walking up to them to put the experience in their heads on replay. Except I won't be there to save them, they just die.
      "Àngel no, stop!" What? I turned around and looked at my mate leaning against the wall holding her stomach." Leave them be, they most likely didn't know" she walked over to me grabbed my face in her hands and planted a kiss on my lips. "Just let me introduce myself formally. Ok? Hello my name is Akira and I am the-"
"Wife"
     "The wi- at?" She said astonished I can't help my possessiveness
"She is my wife who just saved your lives. I think you owe her an apology. She is the next queen of Kistonia. Be glad she showed mercy. I know I wouldn't."
     "We sincerely apologize for harming you in anyway we did Queen" they kneeled down and bowed. They could now sense the feeling of having a ruler. As soon as we tell others they'll feel it to.
"Wait a minute you hurt her. I can feel it" I was about to lunge at them but she stopped me again
      "Actually I fell out of the bed reaching for you. Then I walked into the wall. Sorry" she giggled
"Oh. Ok? Um... I still have a meeting. Come on" I took her hand and we begin to walk.

No transportation I wanted to enjoy just walking with her.
      "What did you mean by queen?-" I looked at her trying to come up with a convincing lie"
"Well-"
       "Don't fucking think about lying to me the truth please. We said no more secrets" And I found myself spilling it out. Everything. She looked shocked, confused, scared, them tears framed her eyes.
"Im sorry for keeping you hostage but I didn't want them to change you into someone I don't know."
     "We gotta tell people. They deserve to know. That man can't come back so we'll be fine. But the people of Kistonia deserves to know their leaders. You and I are gonna give it to them straight!"
"You mean like how I give it to you str- ouch. You hit hard when did you get so much strength" I said while she said nothing and just walked with her head on my shoulder. She whispered out
     "So we're married now huh?"
"In my head we have been married for thousands of years you just never knew."
     "Ok dreamer, what does that make me Mrs.....Verbeck?"
"No, hell no! I told you Teri isn't my biological mother. Fucking disgusting! No you will be Akira Bianchi-Ricotta"
"Wow that sounds....difficult to pronounce. But it's apart of you so I love love love it."
"More than me. You're breaking my heart."
"I love you more than anything in this world. More than chocolate."
"Wow! Ar-are you sure?"
"I'd give up chocolate for you"
"That's a lot princesa, you don't have to-"
"I want you to know how much I love you so that's how much. Don't forget it"

We stepped back into the meeting room all heads turned from the screen of ranting people.
"We need a leader not something to manipulate us. Get him out of their if he does no good."
"If it's a leader they want, it's leaders they got. Meet me at the square. What I am about to do will need to be televised to the entire population. Make sure all cameras and reporters are there"

I latched Akira and I hands together as we walked out the door. They were walking after us asking what I meant. But I ignored them. If I already said it needs to be televised and they're getting leaders why do I need to explain myself. Especially to these old bald men who never really liked me. I stopped at the entrance to zip up Akira's jacket. Winter was right around the corner and I can't have my baby getting sick if she could possibly be carrying my child. As soon as I finish I immediately wrapped my arm around her waist and pulled he into my side. I wrapped my scarf around her neck and she looked at me as if I had grown a vagina. I shrugged kissed her temple and kept walking. All the way to the car hearing them y'all go to the square. As soon as I sat in the drivers seat. I buckled her in them myself. The Cd I burned this morning began to play. Barney songs, Comfy Couch. I decided to change the baby songs to something on the radio. Then next thing that came on really sat her off.  Paul Anaka's You're Having my Baby decided to play.

    "What is wrong with you!" She yelled
"N-nothing princesa it's just the radio would like to change the station." I said as calm as possible. She rolled her eyes and turned off the radio all together. I turned my chuckle into a cough. After twenty minutes of silence when finally got to the square where Kistonian's we're chanting holding up signs. News cameras up and ready along with photographers. My picture was displayed across every board and tv.
    "When this is over we're fucking in your car" she said sternly and my eyes widened as I clenched the steering wheel. I shifted in my pants and bit my knuckles. I'm definitely getting her pregnant now.
