Akira knew she wasn't an ordinary human being. Humans can't do what she can do. But she kept to herself, the one thing she did know was that if anyone found out she's in trouble. The kind that leaves you in a ditch six feet under on Earth. Akira...

"Hello?" He called out into the thin air. The darkness basically placing pressure on my throat, suffocating my air pipe.
"Àngel? Àngel are you there?! Just please... pick up the phone." Akira pleaded. He finally saw her, standing in the middle of it all, her eyes swarmed with fear as sweat coated across her forehead and chest. Her brows puckered together as her lip jutted out and quivered in anguish.
"AKIRA! AKIRA! Where are you?" He tried to run towards her but found himself unmoving.
"Àngel I'm scared." She cried. Hot tears streamed down her face, climbing out of ear puffy eyes.
"Akira I'm here! I hear you. Stop blocking me. Akira!" He ran faster, pushing his feet forward to catch up wit her up it seemed as if she just kept moving further and further away. Then suddenly she shrieked. The ear curdling noise sent a fearful shudder through Àngel's body.
"Get away from me!" She screamed at her captor "No! No! Please stop! Please!" She was yanked from the darkness and turned into a puff of smoke.

"Akira!" I screamed out. My heart pounded in my chest, like it had an aching want to jump out and deflate. I wasted no hesitation in looking over. Sweat clung to my body. There I saw Akira looking at me, worry etched across her face. With need I immediately threw my arms around her. Breathing in her scent to help calm my nerves, she was peace to my chaos.
"Àngel...are you ok?" She spoke in a light voice. Instead of responding I laid still hyperventilating. My stomach felt solid and my palms were feeling clammy even as I had my hands tightly gripping her shirt. So hard my knuckles turned white. She repeated herself. This time in an echo and I flinched and clung on tighter, I squeezed my eyes shut as tears swarm in my eyes but never fell. I could hear her saying I was holding on to tight but if I'm being honest...I didn't think I was holding on tight enough.
Akira asked me again, this time her voice closer to my ears. A soft whisper tickling my ear drum, like she blew cool air. I almost melted into her. I had heard her loud and clear this time.
"Yeah, I'm...fine..."I trailed off in disbelief. But I had to make it real. I didn't want her to worry. Reluctantly I unraveled myself from her. I took a deep look in her complete eyes and spoke again. "--Im ok."
"But-- but you're sweating bullets! Are you sure you're ok? You were really grip--"
"I'm one-hundred percent positive. Go back to sleep. I'm fine." I tried convincing myself more than her. I only hoped she didn't realize that. I could see the uncertainty in her eyes as she hesitated to lay back down. I gave her an assuring nod followed by a half-smile put on to further convince her. I was so thankful when she rose a hand to her forehead and let out a relieving sigh before lying down next to me and falling back asleep.
