It was 12:20 a.m when matty heard the sirens. He had just gotten home from another day of being with meredith. Things didn't end up too well between them, it may have been because he'd been distant. He didn't want meredith the way she was putting off on wanting him. She was just there to fill the void. Matty tried to fight the fact that he in fact wanted morgan; his minnie. He would have been to sleep by now, but he was thinking about what would happen when he told morgan how he felt. Would her feelings for him be mutual? Would she turn him away, because even if she didn't show it, she might be just like him? His mind was jumbled with countless thoughts of what if's. It was the sirens sounding off outside that put a hold on his excessive thinking.
He glanced out the window to see an ambulance, cops, and the neighbours standing on their grass probably trying to find out what was going on. He would have stayed in his bed, and hoped everything was okay, but he was already out the door, sweatpants, slippers and no shirt on heading for the house they were at. Minnie's house to be exact. Matty's chest was rising and falling quickly, and it didn't help that when he got there the police wouldn't let him past the scene.
"This is my girlfriends house. Let me in." he said in frustration
"I'm sorry sir I can't let you do that."
And matty and said officer exchanged a few words until a gurney was being pushed out the house, people in the way of matty finding out who it was. He stood on his tip toes, crouched down, and at the last moment two things wrecked matty. One being the person who said
"It's not looking good gretchen, we might have lost her."
And the golden bracelet that morgan had just gotten.
