"Entropy is the eternal devourer." - Scipub Script v.1 paragrah.2 sentence.1
Tylus took dead aim at Blue's back and fired his laser pistol. Inside of Blue's head, he could feel Tylux pulling the trigger, activating the slightly slower than light community.
But Blue could feel it, in his mind, in his body, as his own gut intuition, and he moved his head to the side, the wasping buzz of the beam sizzling in his ears, his flesh turning pinkish read from the proximity of it.
But it was true, he had felt it, and the Councilor would not have another chance as a microblade flashed as Blue whirled around, streaking metallically through the weapon, through the webbing of Tylux's fingers and burying itself up into his palm, bringing the man shrieking to the floor.
Ezra Ex gave a squeak of surprise at the blood spewing from the bisected hand.
Blue, with a hole in his shoulder and a steady trickle of blood running from his mouth, turned around, and addressed the now non-combatants. Bank had quit trying to find a way out, Ex was mumbling incoherently, his antennae waving wildly in the air.
Tylux sank back against the wall, snivelling at the pain, wondering if he had the strength to pull it out himself...and then do what?
"Well." Blue said, walking silently to the weirwood table, placing his hands on top of it. And with that touch, it released its memories to Blue, about the plan of the betrayal and its execution; but the councilors did not know that the table had a synaptic link with the Loremasters; in fact, all the Loremasters - it was something they didnt talk about.
Sending a databurst and finding the signal scrambled, Blue closed his eyes for a moment, and Tylux started to get up but the Loremaster said "Get up and you'll go down forever." while he reconfiguring the databurst matrix of the guildhouse, and then finding that he could send now.
He informed guards were needed on the thousandth floor, and as they began to asced to the top, Blue stepped towards his cowering council.
Another databurst suggested medicos be sent up as well, summoned from the Medical Guild - he'd need at, and maybe they would too by the time this was over with.
"Have a few questions for you.." Blue began, jumping up to sit crosslegged on the giant pale gold table.
