"We collide and die daily." - NeoZen Concept
The craft's speed would have burnt the atmosphere of Krist if one of the few remaining auxillary braker turbines had malfunctioned, but almost miraculously it held, as the world rushed up towards him - heat radiated around him burning the hull from his ship, naked hot air shredding his voluminous robes into shreds, leaving the pale metal Emperor open to the elements, his body beginning to glow after a few moments, the heat building from the outside in.
Luckily, he did not feel pain.
There was the sound of a thousand mountains being slammed into the dirt, and mammoth waves of debris and rock were thrown into the sky, the small planet trembling from the momentous impact.
Blue and Nami were sitting at a small table eating a meager breakfast of purpled eggs and quat fruit. when they heard the sound, each jumping up quickly to make their way to and out of the door to see what was going on, watching Xerath emerge from a small house a few meters down the lane.
The cloud of dust plumed upward like an exploding mushroom, the terra literally waving like water, shredding all in its path.
Nami and Blue each were thrown to the earth, their vision eerily obscured as everything began to violently shake and heave around them. His ocular insets allowed Blue to see the infrared of the heat trail leading down through the atmosphere, could see forms and bodies being thrown about, and even off on the horizon, the ripple of what he thought may be lava.
What was happening?
