Reid.

From Ben Dunne.

Restrained, in his own weakness.

Unable to communicate in his figurative sarcophagus.

Entrapment, due to his nature.

Underestimated, potentially lethal.

Ingenious magnanimous, charitable, fair, worthy, generous, like a benign nurse, tending to the sick.

Comparing him to a nurse, undirected insults.

Deign to laugh at the injustice, the discrimination, the inequality, the bias opinions of others.

I'm no better, aware of my salty tongue,

spreading pain into his wound.

Might stop one day, when I realise what I've known for a while.

Sorry couldn't cut it; it's not acceptable for him,

not acceptable for anyone to endure that sort of horror,

obvious infliction of permanent damage.

Perseverance, creates a shell, a titanium shell.

Rock solid, like his soul,

his perspiring soul, sweltering in the heat,

Reminiscing the pain of youth, reminiscing the torture.

Sorry couldn't cut it; it's not acceptable for me,

yet, I refuse to apologize, I do not see why I should.

I'm sorry, for the second line down, brother.
