When the king started to shift around in the chair, about to wake up, the physician took a smooth rock and patted the Formorroh in the back of Arthur's neck till it went dormant.
Arthur picked up his head from being down on his chest. He squeezed his eyes and then opened them to see his Knights and Gaius standing in front over him.
"What the-" Arthur said but stopped once he realized he couldn't move. He jerked forward and violently moved side to side trying to release himself from the ropes.
"Why am i tied up!" Yelled Arthur fiercely.
"What is the last thing you remember sire?" Asked sir Leon.
"What has that got to do with Me, Your King, being tied up in a chair, if I didn't know you guys I'd sentence you all to treason!" Arthur screamed.
"Please, sire, answer the question," softly spoke Gaius.
Arthur leaned back in his chair and sighed.
His eyebrows furrowed together, he was thinking hard. "I... I barely can remember, there's little bits of memories I have from the past couple of days, but... But, Morgana." Replied Arthur.
"What about her?" Asked Gwaine.
"She...she kidnapped me and then did something to the back of my neck." Arthur said confusedly.
"Well you were captured by Morgana when you left Merlin and I by ourselves in the woods." Gwaine replied.
"Oh my gosh," Arthur said with wide eyes, "Merlin, Mordred stabbed Merlin, is he-"
"I'm alright sire," Merlin said interrupting Arthur as he walked out from his room.
Arthur's jaw dropped at the sight of his servants face. All bruised and swollen with dry cuts.
"When you left us, Gwaine set out to look for you, but unfortunately bandits found me and beat me wanting money, but I didn't have any money on me. Once they finally found that out they just left me there." Merlin lied, he could not let Arthur know that he was the cause of his injuries.
"You just left him there?" Arthur asked rudely to Gwaine.
Gwaine froze for a moment, "Uh.. Well um."
"Sire," Gaius spoke up, "Morgana managed to put a Fomorroh in your neck, which is a snake like creature that controls your mind. Whatever Morgana tells the Fomorroh to do, it will do, and will not stop at any costs."
"What are you saying?" Asked Arthur worriedly.
"The Fomorroh has been inside you for about a week now, controlling you. We managed to get you here and make the Formorroh go dormant for a bit so we could talk to the real you." Gaius replied.
Arthur was shocked, he just stared at them a moment trying to process everything, but soon spoke, "You said that this snake thing, controls me, and that there's a reason why it's in me, what did Morgana tell it to do?"
There was a moment of silence.
"Sire," started sir Leon, "Morgana told you to kill Mer-"
"Morgana told you to kill Yourself!"
Merlin said quickly.
"My-myself?" Arthur asked.
"Yes, Morgana did not want to have your blood on her hands so she told you to kill yourself," said Gaius reassuringly. "You have been suicidal all week, and it's been hard trying to keep you alive."
"Well, how do we stop this thing from killing... From me killing me?" Arthur asked, he was just as confused with his words as everyone else but they pretty much understood what he was saying.
"We have to kill the mother beast." Said Percival.
"The mother beast?" Arthur said while trying to hold back his laughter. "Where's the mother beast?"
"Wherever Morgana is." Replied Gwaine, "which is why we will knock you out again, and then put you in your bed where you will wake up under the Fomorroh's control. Then you will most like report back to Morgana, and we will follow you to wherever she is."
"That ridiculous!" Arthur yelled. "How are you going to get to the mother Fomorroh if Morgana's guarding it?"
"The Knights will cause a distraction outside from where she's staying and I will go in there in search for the Mother beast." Said Merlin.
"Merlin," Arthur said softly, "look at you, you are in no condition to do this, plus that's a suicide mission."
"Anything to save you from yourself sire," said Sir Leon, "it's nice to talk to the real you again.
"Wait," Arthur said suddenly. "Why would I even report back to Morgana if I should be dead?"
"Percival," Merlin said while looking at the pitcher in his hand. He then nudged his head towards Arthur's direction.
"Woah woah woah, wait a minute," Arthur said worriedly.
Percival sighed and then started to walk behind Arthur. Arthur viscously started moving in his chair.
"Guys, please, what are you not telling m-"
The king suddenly stopped speaking and his head fell forward at once.
"That was a close one." Said Merlin calmly while everyone else's mouths were opened in shock. "Oh come on guys, we all knew it was going to have to come to this."
