chapter 14: type of boyfriend

The entire night I couldn't sleep I was twisting and turning the entire night.
I got out of bed to see the time on my iPhone said 3:47 am. I put on my fuzzy monkey slippers (not bunny that would be too clique). Put on a coat and took a walk outside when it began to snow . It looked so pretty and peaceful walking around the neighbourhood. I sat down on a bench just 8 houses down from my house overlooking the nice houses that my neighbourhood had and how crappy it made my house look compared to the rest. I started thinking about moving to New York with my dad and had to say the positives and negatives:
1. I would be living in New York
2. I would be living with a slut/ gold digger.
3. I would have to start over at a new school
4. I wouldn't see Ryan
5. I wouldn't see Brandon
The 5th one made me 100% clear on me decision.  I was not gonna move no matter what they say or do. I went back home to find that there was another car parked outside my house and it was a police car. I entered the house an tried to go to my room when the lights when on.
"Where have you been Emily?" My dad asked crossing his arms
I looked at him and next to him stood a police officer.
"What is a police officer doing here?" I asked
"I called him because you were missing"my mom said coming into the living room
"I just went for a walk that's all"I said rolling my eyes
"But you should have told us where you were going"my mom yelled
"I just took a walk around the neighbourhood that's all" I yelled back
The officer nodded to my parents and left. I gave my parents a evil stare and took of my coat.
"Really this is were it comes to calling the police for me" I said
"We were worried about you" my dad said
"And why only now" I said sadly
"Honey I do care about you" dad said
"It doesn't feel like it to me"I said and a tear ran down my bruised cheek.
I ran up the stairs and threw myself on my bed waiting for a miracle to happen. When my phone started ringing.
"Brandon its so great to here your voice right now" I said happily
"Are you crying?" He asked
"Kind of" I said wiping the tears off ny face
"Do you wanna meet up I know its early but-"
" I'd love to" I interrupted
"Great come to my house" Brandon said
"Be there in 25" I said

I got to Brandons house. I actually took 30 minutes to get to his house but I guess that he knew that I would take any extra 5 minutes to get dressed. I just out on a blue jeans, white top with the words girlfriend material (my mom bought the top), a pair on sneakers and my hair naturally flowing in curls. I knocked on the door but was interrupted by Brandon calling me from his bedroom window.
"Emily" he whispered
"Hey" I whispered
"Come up this ladder" he said
He threw down a foldable ladder and pointed to it. I climbed the ladder and entered his bedroom.  Brandon was in a Pajama pants and shirtless showing his amazing abs and muscles with bed hair as usual.

"Hey" I said awkwardly
Brandon took my hand and guided me towards the bed. We both lied down on the bed cuddling each other and looking up to the ceiling that had a mirror on it. Talk about full of himself and dangerous.
"Whats going on" he asked
"My dad wants me to move to New York with him and his girlfriend" I said sadly
"Do you want to?" He asked holding me harder
"No" I said
I looked at him and kissed him.
"Good because I wouldn't want you to leave" he said then smiled . The entire 2 hours that we had left be for school we slept and I don't mean slept together I mean like sleeping on general.  I was so tired from my walk and Brandon was tired well because it was early so we just fell asleep in each other's arms. Brandons alarm clock went off and both of us woke up. The door opened.
"Brandon you have to get up mom is gonna be upset with us if we don't leave on time for school" a girl with dark brown hair ending by her shoulders a purple dress and white sneakers (which is also my style). She starred at us in shock.
"Emily this is my other younger sister Lilly" he said giving Lilly a stare.
"Hey Lilly trust me nothing happened" I said
"Oh I believe you because I know my brother well enough to know that if he was having sex he would have locked his door, turned off his alarm clock and closed the window so..." Lilly said laughing
I got up off the bed putting my shoes on.
" Wow your sister really knows you" I said giving Brandon a smile
"Besides he talks a lot about you and I don't you are that type of girl" she said
"Oh trust me I'm not" I said
"It's nice to see my brother dating some one so sweet, pretty and smart" she complimented
"Aww thats so nice of you to say" I blushed
"He normally dates girls with big boobs and butts normally fake, stupid , rude and a horrible personality" she laughed then rolled her eyes at him
"Ok Lilly I think its time for you to leave" Brandon gestured towards the door.
"Whatever you are just lucky mom's at the hospital with Chloe otherwise you would be in so much trouble" she said than closed the door behind her.
I put my hair into a ponytail and looked for messages on my phone. I took my phone and sent my mom a message.
"Hey mom I went early to school for a educational reason no need to worry" I texted
"Ok must I pick you up from school?" She texted back
"Nope" I sent
The put my phone down.
"Your sister is so adorable" I said
"Sure let's use that word" he laughed
I sat down next to him on the bed.
"So how much siblings do you have?" I asked
"Eight" he said
"Eight.... wow does that include you?" I asked shocked
"Yip" he said laughing
"Wow" I said with a smile
"I have 5 sisters and 2 brothers" he said breathing heavily
"Wow I only have one sister but she's in boarding school" I said
"Really,why?" Brandon asked
"She was kind of wild" I said
"What do you mean by wild"he asked
" she threw a party at our old house than sold the house to a person at the party while she was drunk leaving us homeless than having to move into an apartment" I said laughing
"Wow she sounds fun"he said with a smile
"Fun really?" I asked
"Yip" he replied

School went by in a flash and finally it was time to go home and face my parents. We stopped in front of my house and I couldn't move. Brandon put his hand on mine and gave me a smile. I got into the house and it seemed too quit . I went up to my room to find the last thing that I wanted to see . My dad's girlfriend Kee-Kee scratching through my closet.
"What are you doing in my room!" I yelled
She looked at me shocked . She put down my clothes then walked closer to me.
"I'm helping you pack Emily" she said Kee-Kee was the definition of evil step mother's even thou my father and her are not married. She wore a black leather tights with a cheetah print crop top , cheetah print stilettos, hair in a huge and I mean huge bun, wearing so much make up that she could provide an entire store for a year.
"Hey honey" my dad said putting a hand on my shoulder while coming into my room.
"We have some news"he said happily "News?"I asked
"Me and Kee-Kee are getting married" he said
"Why is she knocked up" I said folding my arms giving here a stare
"No , not yet but we are trying to have a baby" my dad said
"With her why?" I asked taking his hand off my shoulder and sitting on my bed that was full of my clothes thanks to Kee-Kee*bitch*.
"You are moving with us to New York then we can become a real family" he said putting his arm around her waist.
"There's no way I'm moving to New York with you and there's no way I'm coming to your wedding, there's no way I'm calling her mom and there's no way I'm calling your baby brother or sister" I said rudely
He starred at me in shock and she just gave me a itchy look
"GET THE HELL OUT OF MY ROOM!!" I yelled
"But honey-"
"NOW!" I interrupted
My dad and Kee-Kee left my room and closed the door. 
"I really need my mom right now" I told myslef
My mom opened the door and sat next to me.she hugged me and we started crying together.
"You did that bitch in good" she said
I laughed than hugged her harder.
"You really are my daughter" she whispered into my ear
