(Okay first of all, WARNING! This chapter will have a blood and gore scene! If reading that kind of stuff makes someone uncomfortable, don't. I'll make a brief authors note next chapter for anyone that needs it, regardless whether you read the gore scene or not. Just in case! :D With that said, Enjoy!)

Lunar was ahead of Jay, after all she was still furious about earlier. There was never a dull moment between the two, it was second nature dealing with Jay. Lunar turned the corner and stopped, out of Jays line of sight. Jay picked up his pace to catch up with her, bewildered when he turned the corner. The both of them stood amazed of the luxurious house in front of them.

Lunar and Jay slowly made their way to the front doorstep of the house. Jay looked over at Lunar, she ignored him and knocked on the door. It was silent for a few moments, they were about to leave believing they were at the wrong location. Just as they turned around to leave, a few clicks were heard. They turned back, a maid had opened the door.

"Hello, what business do you have here? Do you have a approved meeting?" The maid said to them. Jay nodded and showed her the paper with the information.

"Oh! You must be here for the Bounty! Come in, come in! Master Jeffrey would want to see you right away!" She exclaimed, dragging the both of them inside. After she closed the door she led Jay and Lunar upstairs, the maid suddenly stopped in front of double doors.

Silently and slowly the maid opened the door, "Mister? You have visitors. They're here for the bounty." She spoke at a low tone. The man was doing paperwork, "Yes, yes. Let them in."

The maid quietly opened the door fully to escort them into the study, Lunar and Jay both walked in looking around at the vast study room. The maid then excused herself, closing the double doors behind her.

"So you're here for the Bounty? M-" the man said.
"Skip introductions, get to business. What's the pay?" Lunar said cutting him off.
He grunted, "Very well then. Pay is 4 platinum, 4 platinum each if captured alive. There has been a series of killings, I want them dealt with. By any means necessary, make sure this problem is solved and you'll be on your way. Paid, of course." He explained plain and serious.

Jay brought Lunar to the side to talk for a moment, "4 platinum each?! Just for one killer, exactly how serious is this job?! What do you think, should we take the task on?" He whispered worriedly rubbing the back of his head.
Lunar hand her hand on her chin, nodding after a small moment of silence and thinking. "Yeah, true. But with this situation, is it worth it? 1 platinum coins is a lot as it is alone, but 4?. I say we do it, if its that serious of a competition I may have something just for this occasion." She explained before going up to the mans desk.

"We'll take it, one platinum coin now the rest after the job is done." Lunar said slamming her hand on his desk.
He was hesitant but agreed, sliding a single coin towards her.
