So you know how I'm in advanced theatre? Yeah, well after every play everyone gathers in a circle in the room and we do this compliment circle, where we take a ball of yarn and the first person ties a length of yarn around their fingers or hand or wrist to keep it there, then toss it to someone else in the circle and giving them a compliment.

Then we keep doing that until the last person gets a compliment and then we cheer and cut up pieces of the string to keep as a memory type thing. The black string came from earlier this school year from my play, the Audition, by Don Zolidas, which is a very funny play with some somber parts. I played the part of this girl named Soleil, who was pretty much a loner and everyone picked on her, but she was a good actress in the show.

My second play, where I got the white string, was called Perfect. It's the story of this girl named Bethany from when she's a young girl to when she's a teen. Her mother keeps insisting she's perfect throughout her life and Bethany believes it, until other people insist she's not perfect and she falls into depression and takes drugs and mingles with bad company. I played Lilly, her grade school friend, who, along with two others, belittle her for not being interested in the same "hot" TV show as them. Since there are a lot of roles, I have two more.

Terry is a small character that shows off her new sneakers and makes Bethany want them to be up to standards. My role as Commercial 1 asks if she's good enough for her boyfriend and makes her go paranoid which ultimately makes him leave.

Yeah these roles that I play are depressing or gives everyone a depressing effect. Oh well.

That's it for today, sorry. Maybe I'll post a doodle later, but right now I'm watching Extreme Weight Loss on the TLC channel. It's interesting, don't judge.

Peace!
