Double attack

Luhan had a black cap on as he kept his head low on the streets. News had just gotten out and he would be grateful if he did not bump in any reporters right now. He needed peace desperately.

Or as said, he needed some fresh coffee to calm himself.
But just as he was so in his thoughts, he bump into someone at the door of the coffee shop, making the person's coffee spill onto Luhan's white shirt.

"Oh shit Im so sorry."
The person said as he put his cups aside and furiously fumble for a tissue to wipe on Luhan's shirt.
Luhan blinked a few times before regaining his thoughts as he studied this man before him.

So tall and handsome with a nerd looking glasses on his face. Unexpectedly this person's features was instead brought out because of those old glasses.
Luhan thought.
Interesting fashion.

"Uh it's okay really. "
Luhan smiled as he put a hand on top of the person's to stop him gently.

"Oh dear my bad. It's already stained and here I am like an idiot trying to recover the damn whiteness in your nice t shirt. Oh god I ruined your shirt, I should-"

Luhan was flustered by the person's non stop blabbering when the person finally stopped himself as he looked up to Luhan's face.
Oh dear please not some reporters or fans..
Luhan prayed.

But the person seemed to recognise Luhan as he gaped and pointed at Luhan.
"You...you're that designer Luhan my cousin brother dated wasn't it?"

Luhan's eyes widen in shock.
"Your cousin brother?"

The tall man pulled Luhan to aside and started saying.
"Sorry my bad. Im Chanyeol, and Im Sehun's cousin brother. Aren't you Luhan?"

"Uh yeah I am but we're no longer together anymore."

Chanyeol paused as he seemed quite shock at the sudden news.
"Why so?"

Luhan bit his lips as he thought. He wasn't going to spill his life story to a stranger, moreover Sehun's cousin brother.
"Sorry Im not comfortable to tell."

"Oh Im so sorry. Im just concerned that's all. That's why Sehun seemed to be sulking these days. Erm sorry to bother you but do you mind if you follow me down the street for a new shirt? That's the least I could do.."
Chanyeol looked at the ground with an apologetic look.

Luhan gave a gentle smile as he nodded.
"Sure."

But there was a question in his head he was itching to ask. And finally he conjured uo his courage
"Er chanyeol?"

Chanyeol stopped in his tracks and turned back.
"Yes?"

"I was wondering...if Sehun was still together with Baekhyun. It's okay if you don't wanna say cause-"

"They're still together."
Chanyeol cut his words simply.

"Oh."
Luhan couldn't help but feel his heart break a little at the news.

Chanyeol however kept walking but studied Luhan's expression.
"You seemed disappointed. Who broke it off first? If you don't mind telling.."

Luhan hesitated before replying.
"Me."

"Oh? Because you have another boyfriend and then you thought you still love him but then you realized now that the one you love is actually Sehun?"

Luhan furrowed his eyebrows as he looked at Chanyeol with mixed anger and curiousity.
He stunned for a few seconds before asking carefully.
"Who exactly are you? Why do you know so much about me?"

Chanyeol however seemed startled and he chuckled.
"Im right? Oh dear, well I guessed..It's always like that in the dramas no?"

Luhan seemed to relax a bit. But he couldn't help but feel that this Chanyeol was really weird but comfortable. Luhan shook his head lightly and sighed.
"Sorry I misunderstood you. But you were too accurate. I had to be suspicious."

Chanyeol laughed as they reached the shirt shop. He picked up a white t shirt with "the best day of my life" printed on it and held it up for Luhan to see.
"Well, Im good at guessing I think. And I can see that today isn't exactly the best day of your life but I think it's the thing you should put hope into everyday."

Luhan accepted the shirt and smiled.
"It's nice. I'll have this then."

"Deal."
Chanyeol chuckled and Luhan couldn't help but notice the very visible dimples at the sides of his cheeks.

Interesting man.
Luhan thought.

"Here."
Chanyeol handed the plastic bag to Luhan.

"Thanks. I-"

"I saw the newspaper on the counter. You quit your job."
Chanyeol stated bluntly.

"Uh.. I just wanted to start a new life that's all. Maybe any other things related to fashion."
Luhan fidled with his fingers.

"The so horrible past that makes even you give up on a job you have succeeded and liked so much?"

"Yeah. Something like that."
Luhan looked away.

"Want me to help you on something? It may not 100% work but I could tell you that it would 90% struck his heart."

Luhan looked up in curiousity.
And the next thing he heard made his head dizzy as he struggled if he had heard right.

"Pretend to date me."
