I am so sorry guys! I really took a long time to write this really short chapter. I am finally nearing the end of my semester with Finals, so I haven't had much time to myself. Math is really not my thing. I hope all of you are doing well. I am going to split this chapter into parts because of my crazy schedule this month. So I hope that this will be worth the wait, hahaha😄
~S&L
"Don't you think the leaves are pretty?" I knew that sound of that voice very well. It was the sound of a new friend that I had met last year.
"It's just another season passing by," I replied while kicking the fallen sticks.
He looks at me; his brown eyes focusing on my reactions. I know what he likes and what he didn't like. I know the way he acts is his way of telling me that he likes me. Unfortunately I couldn't return his feelings.
What's his name? Why was I talking to this guy again? He isn't Jaylin.
"Silya, do you like talking me?"
"Why do you ask that? I wouldn't be walking beside you if I was bored," I said half-heartily.
"Is it about him? You must still be thinking of that guy, right?"
"Who are you referring to again?"
He stops walking. I see his bulky figure in the sunlight
"Don't forget about Jaylin Hennery."
"Who?"
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
"Wake up Silya!" A beautiful girl with blond hair stood in front of me. Her green eyes gleamed as she ripped the sheets right off of me.
"Hey! Don't think you can just barge in my room this early in the morning!" I struggled against her surprisingly strong arms.
"According to my watch, Miss Emerson, it is actually 12:32, in the afternoon. " A tall red-head walked into the room. He was dressed in a black suit and a red tie.
"R it's better to leave this girl to me. She's absolutely helpless when Jaylin's not around. It's already been over two years since he left for Japan."
Her words were painful. Even in my dreams, reality was a slap to my face.
"What are you doing here? My mom is downstairs and I know she doesn't let random strangers into the house."
Frica opened my curtains. Darn it's bright!
"Come on, we're going to get outside and have fun! Think of it as a "Girls' Day Out!" Her butler looked at her weirdly.
"You obviously can't be with us..." Her mouth stopped moving as her butler made a puppy face. His eyes were big and he started kneeling on the ground.
"Um, no! Absolutely not! You know I hate when you do this!" She stamped her heels on the floor.
"I know you do," his smile curled up slightly, showing his perfectly straight teeth, "But, I know you can't resist me when I do. It's because you're F.A.L.L.I.N.G. F.O.R. M.E."
I crawled out of my bed. Seeing the two of them flirt was kind of cute. Frica was a lot more girly when she was with her butler. I walked right next to her and tapped her shoulder.
"I think we both know he's right. It is his job to watch over you...even if it's our Girls' Day Out. Besides...Rako just wants to make sure his Master doesn't experience anything bad. Why not let him come? He looks like he needs to really get out of that black tux and into the bright yellow sun!" I nudged her arm."I wanted to spend this day with you though...not this guy." She pointed straight at him, her eyes looking down at the floor.
"Miss, I want to spend every day with you. I will be here at your side whether you like it or not. I need you." His left eyebrow rose in the air. His arms crossed in front of his chest. He gave her a long stare digging deeper into her soul.
"Let's make a deal," I extended out my arm and grabbed her hand, "Let Rako go with us and I will do anything you say for the next week."
"Are you sure you can keep that deal?" She raised her eyes and started placing her hand in mine.
"Yep, I promise!" I firmly grabbed a hold of her hand. I looked deep into her green eyes.
"Alright, then let's all get going! We don't want to make him wait." She grabbed my hand and started dragging me out of the room. "Rako, make sure this room is clean and book all three of us for the 3:00 clock plane to Kyoto. Silya and I have some shopping right now."
"Yes, Miss." He smiled to himself and then bowed as Frica closed the door behind us."
"Wait...Frica why do I have to go with you to Japan!" I tried once again to break free from her grip.
"You promised me that you would do anything I said for the week. I guess you can't say no to me after all." A wicked laugh erupted from her small mouth suddenly,
"Wait...NOOOO!!!"
