"Hello, yes they are both miraculously okay with a few minor injuries, well actually a female seems to be having problems"

Hunters p.o.v
That's all I heard when our moms hung up with the police officer. We were both rushed to the hospital. I looked everywhere. "Where's Jess" I said. "W-where's Jess" I repeated. "We need to ask you to calm down" a doctor said. The worst thought came to mind. Is she dead?

I was now at the hospital in a bed with no major injuries just a broken arm and some stitches. My mom was by my bed smiling at me. "Mom I'm so sorry I didn't mean to do-" I said before she interrupted me. "Honey I'm not mad at all so don't worry I'm glad you're okay" she said rubbing up and down my arm. "Okay mom" I said. "But wait where's ... Jess" I said reluctantly not knowing the answer. "Sweetie you really shouldn't worry about that Jess will be okay" my mom aid smiling. "Mom I need to know if she's okay" I said sitting up.

"Hunter, relax, trust me everything will be okay" she said and I rested my head on her shoulder. You don't know how guilty I'm feeling.

I decided to go take a walk and I seen Maggie crying, so I went over to comfort her. "Hey it's okay, don't worry, it's not your fault" I said rubbing her back. She broke down into tears even harder, I thought I was helping. "Maggie, she's going to be okay" I said and she got up and starting pacing.

"No, we don't know that, what's wrong with you, you're such an idiot" she yelled at me. "Calm down" I said. "Don't tell me what to do, my best friend, the one who's always there for me for my boy troubles, school troubles and my anxiety. Everything, how am I suppose to go on without her" she said sitting down, having her face in her hands.

"She'll still be here, have hope, I'm freaking out just as much as your are, please calm down" I said sternly.

"I'm sorry, I normally don't freak out this much, this isn't your fault and it's just an accident" she said calmly.

We both went to her room, and looked through the window to see her laying there and her mom by her side. Her mom walked out of the room and talked to me.

"Hunter, come here. This isn't your fault, it was all just an accident-" I cut her off "when can I see her" I said frustrated. "I guess you can come in now" she said. I walked in and she was so bruised. I went to sit by her side, and held her arm. "I'm very sorry" I said before I went in.

"Excuse me sir, we have to take her to the emergency surgery room, we need you to exit the room" the doctor said. "Wait, what's going on, what's happening to her" I asked and they continued to rush her to the emergency room. I walked out and sat on the bench. "What's happening" Maggie said sliding over to me on the bench. "She's going in to surgery" I said tiredly. "Oh" she frowned.

"You know what Maggie, this is all my fault, all of this, I really wanted to drive the car and my mom finally let me and I screwed everything over. Jess is probably going to die-" I got cut off by my mom and Jess's mom. "Woah woah woah, it was just an accident, don't take all the credit, don't take any of it" Jess's mom said. "The driver told us what happened" my mom said sitting next to me.

"If I have hope that she won't die, so should you" her mom said nicely.

"Mrs. Parker, your daughter has woken up" he said and opened the door. "Thankyou Jesus" she said walking in. "'Mom" I heard her voice.

I walked in, I didn't say a word. I could've killed, what could I say to her. "I'll leave you guys to talk" her mom said. "Jess I'm so sorry are you ok" I asked. "Actually that was a stupid question, please forgive me" I stroked my hair. "Calm down, it's okay, I'm not mad at you" she laughed. Even though she was in a ton of pain she still laughed.

I went to sit next to her and than Jacob walked inside. I looked confused. "Hey I can as fast as I could" he said walking over to Jess. "Aw thanks, you didn't have to" she said". "What're you doing here" I asked Jacob. "Supporting my friend" he said. Jess's eyes got bigger, hinting not to fight. "So what happened" Jacob asked. "You wanna explain" Jess asked me.

"Sure, so Jess and I were having a fun time, planning to continue our movie, than out of no where a truck comes rambling down the street. Crashing into my dads car. "Why we're you driving anyways you idiot" he laughed. "Dude I don't even know" I laughed.

"Jacob how long are you staying here" I asked him. "Oh 2 week, my moms work got sent here for 2 week so ya, weird coincidence" we all laughed awkwardly. "Well if you're staying here for 2 weeks why don't we all do something hang out" Jess suggested. "Yea sure I guess" Jacob said. "I'm down" I said.

Jacob was on his phone, as usual and I was just talking with Jess, making sure he was ok. "Hey guys, I'm in the hospital right now, Jess is hurt, she got hit by some truck but she's all good now right Jess" he asked. "Um no" she laughed. "She will be very soon, you guys should go comment some nice things on her Instagram @jessicaparker and I'll be spamming people who do. But anyways how're y'all-" i cut off Jacob.

"Dude, you're so disrespectful, turn that off, she's in pain right now and you're making a younow, cmon are you serious" I said looking at him. I grabbed his phone and walked outside the room and waited for him. "What's your problem, chill out, I make one younow and you're getting mad, what about what you did to her, putting her life in danger" he said.

"It was an accident, you really don't get it do you" I looked at him, pulling my eyebrows together.

"You should apologize" I told him. "For what" he said lifting his shoulders. "Oh my gosh, never mind it fine" I said and walked back into the room. Jacob walked over to Brandon and Maggie.

"Are you okay" I asked her. "Well I didn't like how Jacob did that but its fine, thanks for telling him to stop" she smiled. "Anytime" I said sitting in the chair beside her bed. "I'm so tired" she said exhausted. "You should get some rest then, I'll leave" I said and gave her a hug. "I feel so bad" she yawned. "No it's fine" I smiled. "You sure" she laughed. "Positive" I said turning off the lights.

I sat down and checked my Instagram. So many notifications, all just because of Jacobs younow. I checked Jess's Instagram. People were commenting rip. I rolled my eyes.

My mom, brothers and I left the hospital and Jacob stayed. It didn't matter because Jess was asleep.
