Chapter 27

Jacobs p.o.v

I know this sounds really mean and rude but i was sorta happy that Jess and Hunter are in a fight.

Finally me and Jess are getting really close. I'm planning on asking her out when we go out for ice cream. I know it's cliche but hopefully my plan will work. I decided to get some rest.

We were meeting at 2:00 so I could sleep in.

***Morning***

I woke up around 11:00. I went downstairs to eat some breakfast. I ate some lucky charms. They were so good. I decided to shower after this and go get dressed. It was now around 12:00. I decided to watch some t.v until around 1:30.

Jess's p.o.v

Me and Jacob were going out today at around 2:00 it was currently 1:24 so I decided to start getting ready. I hoped in the shower and didn't wash my hair since I washed it yesterday.

Showering was a bit of a struggle with my cast and my stitches. But I made it work.

I got out and pondered what to wear. I couldn't decide. So I called Maggie.

"MAGGIE" I yelled since she was downstairs.

"WHAT" she yelled.

"Can you come here for a second" I said.

She walked up the stairs. "Ugh what" she said in a snarky tone. "Sorry Brandon this will only take a minute" she said rolling her eyes. "Okay I'll just ask my mom for help" i said taking a breathe. "Where are you even going I'm guessing not out with Hunter" she said snickering. "With Jacob, now please escort yourself" I said. She left. I don't even know what's going on anymore with her. She's been so rude to me.

My mom helped me pick out an outfit it was, dark skinny jeans, a white top and light cardigan. I put on some Micheal Kors Sandals and my mom dropped me at the ice cream parlour.

"Have fun sweetie and be safe" my mom smiled. "I will mom love ya" I said and shut the door. I walked into the once cream parlour and met Jacob. I instantly smiled.

"Hey Jess" he said as he got up to hug me. "All of this looks yum let's order" I said laughing.

Hunter p.o.v

"Yo I'm pretty sure Jacobs asking out Jess today" Brandon said. My heart sank. "And what makes you so sure" I said acting like I didn't care. "They're going out for ice cream just them two" he said. "And how do you know" I said getting up.

"While I was on FaceTime with her she said that to Maggie, maggie is so rude to her now" he said letting out a Chuckle. "Man all you do is FaceTime, it's kinda stupid and then when you do see eachoher it's awkward" I said laughing. "Okay shut the hell up" he said rolling his eyes. "You're both obsessed" I said.

"Shut up Hunter at least I'm not dating a slut" he said. "Okay first of all, she's not a slut, and it's a long story" I said as i walked out the door. "Where are you going now" he said. "To get Ice cream" he said smirking. I picked up Amber and went to go get ice cream.

Once we got there I saw Jacob and Jess laughing.

Jacobs p.o.v

"You've got to be kidding me" I said to Jess. "What?" She asked and looked in the same direction as I did.

"Can we leave" she asked. "I really don't wanna talk to him or see him" she said looking at me.

"He did this on purpose" I said. Hunter rapped one arm around ambers neck. Jess looked and rolled her eyes. "Ya lets get out of here-" Jess interpreted me. "No, because hunter still wants to play games" she said. "They aren't going to ruin this for us" she smiled.

Jess looked at hunter and waited till she got his attention, than she kissed me on the cheek "Hahahah you're so funny Jacob" she cooed.
Hunter rolled his eyes.

"Wow" I said. "Hunters in so much pain right now" she smiled. I laughed. Hunter and Amber finished ordering, they sat down at the table in front of us. "Let's not acknowledge them" she said.

We both continued to eat our ice cream. "Stop it hunter" Amber said as they both started giggling.

Jess, was so annoyed. So she got up and grabbed my ice cream, which was almost done, and went up to hunter.

"Hey gorgeous, you miss me" he asked and turned to Amber laughing. "I don't think you understand, I'm done playing games" she said and dumped my ice cream on hunters head. She smiled and walked away, I couldn't help but to laugh. "That's my girl" I said laughing. "You were done with that right" she asked politely.

"Ya I was don't worry" I smiled. I was just waiting for Jess to finish her ice cream because there's something in there that'll help me ask her out.

"Eww what's in my ice cream" she said spitting it out. "That's my cue" I said feeling nervous but smiling.

"Jacob did you do this" she asked. "We can't get married, yet, I'm only 14" she laughed, making me laugh.

"No, no it's a promise ring, it means I promise care for you" I smiled. "Awww Jacob I'm gonna cry" she said and hugged me. "Jess, will you be my girlfriend-" I asked getting cut off by hunter. "WHAT" he yelled spitting out his ice cream, making it all hit Amber. Jess and I looked over and laughed.

"But yes, I will" she said trying not to laugh. "Accomplished" I said whispering. "You guys don't love each other" hunter said laughing. "Jacob do you love me" Jess asked. "Yesss I do" i smiled. "Well I love you too" she said. "I don't know about you, but I'd say that qualifies" she laughed.

"You guys are both full of shit" hunter said dragging Amber out the door. "There's still ice cream on my face" she cried. Jacob and I laughed. "Wait do you really love me" I asked Jess. "Yesss, don't listen to hunter, he's a bitch" she said. "Okay good" i said.

I cleaned the ringer for Jess and put it on her finger. "Do you wanna like hold hands" I asked her. She laughed, "you're such a dork" she smiled and held my hand.

A/n: Jesscob is official, they're dating, hunters is really mad and will soon realize he doesn't wanna be with Amber and she's only a distraction.
