A Crazy Complicated Love

Chapter 2

"Wakey, Wakey sleepy head, it's after 3 in the afternoon" Allies voice says.

"grrrr" Is the only sound I can make.

"Oh my god Mia seriously wake up, we gotta get you back home so you can finish packing your stuff and be ready to move in tomorrow" Allie says.

"It's so early" I say.

"Mia, it's nearly 4 in the afternoon, get up already" Allie says.

"Fine" I moan and then roll over sitting up.

"Great, the girls are all getting up and waiting to go back home, don't be too long" Allie says leaving the room.

I groan and fall back into the bed and then slowly force myself up. I drank so much last night.

After I make it out of the bed, I go to the bathroom and take a shower.

When I get out I put on some leggings and a hoodie and my ugg boots, putting my hair up into a bun. I put my reading glasses on and decide on no makeup before heading to the living room to see the squad all sitting around waiting.

"Can we get something to eat before we leave London, I'm starving and need something greasy, oh hey look who's up" Cassie says from the couch.

"Morning, well afternoon I think" I say.

Everyone says a good morning or afternoon.

"How are we getting back home" I say.

"We're taking the party bus" Allie says.

"Please let us get some McDonalds on the bus" Lily says gripping Allie's hand.

"I'm sure we can" she says.

"Great so when are we going I'm starving" Becky says.

"Let's go now, we'll be coming back on Saturday when Mia and Allie officially move in, Guys I think it's safe to say most of us will be staying frequently" Hannah says.

We all laugh before getting up and leaving. We head out to the bus and Hannah tells the driver to stop at McDonalds before we leave.

When we get to McDonalds we order so much food and take it on the bus, eating as we drive home.

"So Mia are you planning on seeing Harrison again? Did you get his number?" Cassie asks.

"Oh my god I never got his number" I say realizing I never asked him.

"Well hey maybe you'll see him again" Becky says.

"Oh you will, His new local is the club you're going to be working in with me" Allie says.

"Wait you knew he would be there?" I ask

"Of course but I wanted to surprise you, I mean Nathan said Harrison goes there, I hadn't seen him there before last night, maybe Nathan pulled some strings" Allie says placing a fry in her mouth.

"How did I manage to score you as a best friend, all of you guys" I say.

"God knows how we ended up with you Mia" Lily says laughing and nudging me in the shoulder.

We continue talking and laughing at old memories before we pull up in our town, I'm first to be dropped of.

"Bye guys love you" I say as we all get in a group hug, I grab my things then step of the bus and head inside.

"I'm home" I call once I enter the house.

"Hey sweetie how was your night?" My mum asks me.

"It was definitely something amazing" I say.

"I'm glad, we thought we'd just order take out tonight and watch some movies" My mum says.

"sounds good" I say.

"Mia" Maddi yells running down stairs to hug me.

"Hey Maddi" I say.

"I missed you" She says.

"I missed you too" I say smiling at her.

"Do you have to move out" she asks.

"Awe Maddi, I know you don't want me to move out but that's what happens when you grow up, and you can come stay with me whenever you want, just call me and I'll ask mum" I say.

"Okay" she says.

"hey Maddi how about you go have your shower and put your pj's on before we order tea" My mum tells her.

"Okay" she says running back up the stairs.

I then go upstairs to finish packing the last of my things.

I go to enter my bedroom when Matt comes out of his.

"Your back" Matt says.

"Yeah just got home" I say.

"cool" My brother says then walks of.

I enter my room and start packing.

"Mia, Maddi, Matt, dinners here" My dad calls from downstairs.

All 3 of us come out of our rooms and head downstairs.

"Mia, I can't believe this is your last night in this house, Tomorrow you start your own life in London and I, we couldn't be more excited for you sweetheart" My dad says as we all sit down to eat.

"So we want to give you this" my mum says handing me a check.

"It's just some money to keep incase you ever need it, it's not much but we want to make sure you'll be okay, and we'll always be here to help with anything" My dad continues for my mum.

I get up and hug the both of them.

"thank you so much, I love you guys" I say as my eyes water up.

"alright let's eat now" my dad says trying not to show any tears.

We all sit back down and eat dinner then we all curl up on the couches and spend the night watching movies. I take a bunch of pictures of us together to remember the night and before I know it we're all falling asleep.

"it's moving day Mia, time to wake up" My mum lightly shakes me. I'm in my bed.

"How did I get here" I say to my mum

"your father carried you up here" she says.

"mum I love you" I say sitting up "and I'm going to miss you" I say.

She leans down and hugs me.

"Sweetie I love you too and I'm always going to be here, so let's get this show on the road and get you all set up in your new apartment before I start crying and don't let you leave at all" She says.

"okay" I say.

I get up and get ready for the day. My family helps me load up the truck with my stuff, my bed and draws and some clothes and things are staying so I still have stuff here for when I come home occasionally.

"well this is it" I say looking at my room before closing the door and heading downstairs.
