Chapter 15: What If He Doesn't Like Me?

Toby's POV

Today is the day I meet Riley. I look In the small mirror in the bathroom on the bus and brush my teeth. After throwing most of my clothes around the bus I finally find an alright outfit; I'm wearing black skinny jeans, a spider man T-shirt and my black jacket. I feel like I'm going to be sick, what if Riley isn't what I expected? What if he doesn't like me? "Ugh, shut up!" I say over and over again. The guys are going for a stroll around the beach and the park today, so I managed to come up with the excuse of going to meet my great grandmother who lives here, the band aren't really nosey so they didn't question me.

An hour later I reach the rock pools where we agreed to meet. There is no sign of him, fuck he's ditched me, I knew it was too good to be true. I look at my phone and see a text message:

"I'll be 5 minutes, I had to stop for gas!!

Riley x"

My heart slows down a fraction, he hasn't ditched me, I smile with glee. Suddenly I hear my name being yelled, I look around terrified. The next thing I know I'm being knocked to the ground, luckily I land on the sand so it doesn't hurt. Someone is lying on me. Oh. My. God. The person gets up while blushing, my heart jumps in my throat. It's Riley. He is so hot! He has brown wavey hair and cute eyes. He is wearing a blue sweater and some skinny jeans, he's so cute it takes my breath away.

"Riley!" I say going in for a hug.
After hugging for what seems like forever we get up. He is a little smaller than me, awh.

"I was so nervous." He says looking down, I pull him close to me.
"I'm so happy we finally met it's been two years!" I say. Leaning down and planting a gentle kiss on his lips.

Luke's POV

I decided not to go out with the group and stay in to write this song for Kira. I want it to be about what happened last night, when I confessed my love and we cuddled on the beach at midnight.

Half way through the song I get hungry and eat some leftover rainbow cake, which makes me giggle, Kira got so annoyed when I kept eating the cake mix and decorations. It was so cute.

[1 hour later]

I finally finish the song and check my phone, fuck, I have 20 minutes to get ready and meet everyone at the venue.

Riley's POV

Toby is the best boyfriend I have ever had, I think as we head to the venue which he is performing at tonight. He has even invited me to watch his band play. I'm really awkward and slightly scared to meet the rest of the band but I will do it for Toby. I never want to leave him.
