We saw Eggman's ship and headed towards it. "Alright gang here's the plan." Sonic said as we got in a circle. "Alright Mr. Genius what's the plan?" I asked smirking. He smirked back and said "Shadow and (y/n) will sneak into his ship while Tails kills the bomb. The rest of us will fight the robots guarding the ship". "Alright let's do go!" I said and jumped up.
Shadow wrapped his arm around my waist and shot his zip line to the ship. We burst through the window and saw robots. "Shiiiiiiiiiiit." I said looking at about 100 robots. Shadow chuckled and bashed all their heads. I smiled and we went in Eggman's lab.
Tails' POV
I made it to the bomb and looked at how much time I had. "How much time bud!?" Sonic asked. "10 minutes!" I answered.

We saw Eggman and Shadow said "Yo Egghead!" "Oh welcome Shadow! And (y/n)." He evilly smiled. I growled holding up my fists. "Hmmm I say. Doesn't (y/n) remind you of anyone Shadow?" He asked. "No." Shadow answered.
"Oh really? Remember the last human girl you fell in love with? Maria?" Eggman asked. "DON'T EVER SAY THAT NAME!" Shadow screamed. I looked at him and saw him crying. "Whose Maria?" I asked raising an eyebrow. "Oh no wonder Shadow never told you. Maria was another human girl he loved and she was killed right in front of him. He still loves her til this day." Eggman explained.
I looked over at Shadow and saw his eyes had turn white. "He just won't let her go." Eggman added. Shadow snapped and his fur turned dark. He tackled Eggman and said "SHUT THE FUCK UP ABOUT THAT NAME! I DON'T EVER TALK ABOUT THAT NAME!" We heard a big boom and the whole ground shook.
"Shadow is this true? Am I just another Maria to you?" I asked. "No (y/n) not at all." He said. I crossed my arms and glared at him.

I want them to go away but they won't. "Shadow prove to me that you love me for me and not still be stuck on her." (Y/n) said. I couldn't move. I still love Maria, but I love (y/n). Eggman grabbed her and (y/n) started to squirm.
"LET. ME. GO." She snapped. "Never!" Eggman said. I knocked Eggman out in one punch and turned to (y/n). "Oh my gosh Maria I'm so glad you're okay! Don't ever leave me again!" I burst. My vision cleared up and I saw (y/n) with tears in her eyes.
"You blew it Shadow." She cried and ran off. I gasped as tears formed in my eyes.
