I should have known I know he smelled different but I couldn't place the smell. Baker was a shape shifter. After Augustus calmed down he could smell him that's why he tore him off Arual so fast well one of the reasons. After we got Arual in the truck Augustus told me what he was and what he most likely was there. Shape shifters work for any other "creatures" that will pay them enough Augustus thinks that a vampire paid him to get Arual because having a vampire do it didn't work so well last time. "What happened to her why'd she pass out" I ask Augustus while looking at Arual in the back seat. I didn't really expect him to answer or know the answer but he did " shifters have the ability to hypnotize humans will forget what happened but werewolves pass out most of the time if you don't pass out you'll probably get very sick." I was about to ask why we would get sick when I see a bull ready to charge in the road. I guess Augustus saw it too because he swerved out of the way but the bull kept coming at us. He put the pedal to the floor and we got half way down the road when the bull hit the back of the truck. The truck flipped over and started rolling the last thing I remember is my head hitting the window as the bull charges again.
