Chapter 14

I wake up with a call from Augustus. "Hello, hey Arual don't talk just listen. Today is Elizabeth's birthday, and it's a full moon. She will turn tonight so I need your help don't ride the bus. James is on his way to get you. Don't ask questions just do as he says I'll explain later." By the time he was done talking I was wide awake and I have no clue what was going on. I got ready and walked out side about the same time James pulled in the driveway. "What's going on" I ask James as I get in the passenger side of his vehicle. He doesn't answer he just starts driving "rudeness you are" I say then look out the window. As we're driving I realize it's only 5:30 I look at James knowing he won't say anything I say "you realize that it's only 5:30 right, why did Augustus wake me up this early". I look back out the window thinking of an answer to the question myself I kind of figured that she was a werewolf. I mean why else would they let her know that I was one. No one helped me when I shifted why do they need help with her. After awhile of arguing with myself James pulls into some driveway. "We're are we" I ask he doesn't answer he just gets out of the vehicle. He goes inside the building for a couple minutes I got out of the vehicle because I was getting anxious. When he walks out of the building he walks straight to me and grabs my arm and walks me to the building. I didn't really look at it before but now that I'm walking towards it I see the details. It's an old abandoned three story house. All the windows are covered in black I can't tell if their painted black or if it has black drapes but either way it looks like a house you'd bring someone to kill. I'm not that afraid because I'm a werewolf and can tear him to shreds. When I walk in it looks completely different on the inside it looks like a normal house the kind you'd see kids playing in. I see Augustus sitting on the couch the t.v.'s on but he's not watching it. He looks hard in thought. James finally talks "Augustus she's here" he says letting go of my arm and walking over to a chair in the corner. "What's going on" I ask "and why the hell did James take me here, why did he not tell me what's going on, why do you needs my help with Elizabeth, and why can't I go to school." Augustus looks at me then motions me to sit down. I do then he begins. "James brought you here because I asked him to, I need you to get Elizabeth in the woods to shift without her knowing what's going on, James did exactly what you need to do to Elizabeth when the time comes. You can't go to school for a couple reasons one is that I need to explain things to you that Alex did not get to. Two I need you to get Elizabeth in the woods so I'll explain to you what we're going to do and we need to get things ready for her changing. And she can't see you at school talking to her and then see you after school the way you saw James." James got up right after Augustus stopped talking "hey man good luck with Elizabeth but I have to go and take my siblings to school so see you later." After he left I looked at the time 6:15 I texted Elizabeth happy birthday then shut my phone off knowing this is going to be a long day.

After hours of talking I found out that when Alex said marking he ment making the unbreakable bond and that if he had made it we both would have died from not going all the way through with it ( having sex) and that our wolf would go insane from not being near each other and basically kill our human form to be near each other. And any other living thing that got in their way. I also found out who was werewolves in our school who was vampires (guess I'm not hanging with Zander no more) and also found out who was shape shifters and fairys. So that's fun now I know who's what before they even know great.

James left school during lunch and took me home. I went to Elizabeth's house and told her parents what we're doing so they went to sedan to pick up her brother and then they would all go to Elizabeth's grandparents until after she shifts. I don't know exactly were Augustus is but I do know that he's exposed to go to the lake were I went so he can help her shift. He's exposed to leave clothes there for both of them. And then he's exposed to go to the woods and wait for me to get there with Elizabeth. James is at school with his brother for basket ball practice. And Elizabeth is on the bus to go home. I'm by a creak I found waiting of on hour before dark to pick up Elizabeth to bring her to the woods were Augustus will take care of her. I jump when my alarm goes off to tell me that it's time to go get her. As I pull in her driveway I see her in the window of the house. Great time to make her think I'm possessed and trying to kill her yay. As I walk towards her house she runs out side to meet me. "Hey why weren't you at school" she asks the moment she gets in hearing range. I don't answer I just grab her arm and pull her towards the truck. "Hey what are you doing" she asks "where are we going". I don't answer as I shut the door when I get in the driver side I start the truck and start driving before she can do anything. Instead of talking like I expected she would she just looks out the window. After awhile her breathing slows and I can tell she's asleep. As I look at her I see she has no shoes on which is a good thing because if she shifts with shoes on there would need nothing left. When I stop at the agreed upon area of woods I change out of the clothes I'm wearing and put on a pair after shorts and tank top. I run in the woods until I find Augustus. When I see him I nod my head and he does the same a signal that we both are ready. I walk back to the truck and see the truck door open and Elizabeth stepping out. I walk up to her and grab her arm and start walking into the woods to Augustus she doesn't say anything as we walk but I can tell she is starting to get tired. When we stop I turn and say "Don't be afraid listen to him." I turn start running and shift when I get far enough she can't see me I double back to were Augustus is. He's in his wolf form "thank you" he says then walks over to Elizabeth who's already in her wolf form. I hear him talking to her but I ignore it I just lay down until they start running then I play around in my wolf form for awhile. When I head back to my truck I shift I'm in the middle of nowhere so no one will see me. I get in my truck change back to my old clothes and drive home. It's been a long day I need sleep.
