Chapter 5- in the cage?

RYELIS POV;




It's almost been a week and I haven't heard a thing from Benjamin. I'm not going to say I'm not worried because I am, but I'm not going to worry about it all day. It's to beautiful in LA today for me to be depressed!




"Hey Rye! Wanna hit the beach" Lillie asked while walking into the kitchen. "Sure!" I said feeling better already. Lillie and I ran to our rooms and quickly got into our swimsuits! I stepped out of my room and adjusted my top. My top was strapless and white. It also had a pink heart right in the middle. My bottoms were just plain pink. Then Lillie stepped out of he room. Her bikini was a multi colored with different prints all over it. The top of it was sort of kind of like a lace that stopped at the straps. It was cute!




"Hair?" Lillie wondered, I shook my head in agreement. We both slide into the bath room and grabbed ponytails. I put mine in a messy bun and Lillie did a loose ponytail. Before we headed downstairs we grabbed our white flip flips and left.







LILLIE POV;




I was walking down the street with Ryeli while holding the bag that contained all our accessories that we need. "Do you think we'll see hot guys!?" I shouted, but Ryeli wasn't to thrilled. She grabbed her arm and looked away. I sighed. "You know Ryeli, you can't always be locked away from the world. You have to let your self out of the cage sometime!" I tried making her feel better. "Ryeli you don't understand" she sighed, "yes I do! Do you not think I was upset about that?" I said getting frustrated. "I know you were Lillie! But you told him that you were breaking up with because you knew he cheated! You told the truth!" she raised her voice. "Ryeli what are you talking about?" I replied, she shook her head and walked across the street. We walked in the sand to find the perfect spot.




"I'm going to get a smoothie" Says Ryeli as we throw our stuff down. I nod my head as if she were there waiting for an answer.







RYELIS POV;




I walked up to the smoothie stand and ordered a strawberry coconut smoothie. I set the money on the counter and waited. "Hi" I heard from behind me, so I look over my shoulder. It was a boy about my age and an insanely hot face. I'm not even going to talk about that body.




I smirked and looked forward. "Do you come here often?" he said trying to get my attention. I giggled and put my head down. He laughed cutely, "nahh, I'm new here" I replied to his flirty comment and looked into his gorgeous hazel eyes. "Well you know I was so enchanted by your beauty that I ran into that wall over there. So I am going to need your name and number for insurance purposes." He flirted some more, I chuckled. "Well I'm Ryeli and did you know there's not a word in the dictionary that describes how good you look?" I bit my lip. He blushed and smiled, well crap...that was hot! I'm in awe




"Here you go" the lady said while handing me my smoothie. "Thanks" I said walking away. "You said you're new in town right?" the guy asked, I said 'mhmm' then grabbed my straw and took a drink. "Well do you have a map because I keep getting lost in your eyes" he flirted. I blushed... A lot!! And laughed but you know! "Haha but since your still new do you want me to show you around?" he asked, I smiled "of course, let me grab my stuff." "I'll come with you" he followed. "Oh hey! I never caught your name" I said, "Evan, Evan Williams" he smiled.




I grabbed all my stuff from where Lillie put us without her even knowing. The only thing I left was the beach towel. "Where do you want to go?" Evan asked, "umm I don't know. What's cool to do here?" I replied. "Well there's a carnival going on. Want to go?" He suggested. We got in his convertible and I nodded my head and looked down and realized. "I only have a bathing suit though" I said sadly, he looked me up and down and said "I'll buy you a shirt real quick and we'll be on our way.
