Chapter 1- disaster date

RYELIS POV;

I was 1 block away from Benjamin's, it was extremely dark so I couldn't identify the figure in front of me.

"Excuse me" I said while I went around the person. I think it was anyways. Suddenly I felt a tight grip on my arm, I was pushed up against a firm body that was well built by the feeling. "Let go!" I screamed, "not until you break up with Benjamin and call me yours" a mans, maybe boys, voice whispered into my ear. "Never! I don't even know you!" I yelled some more, "yes you do, you're terrified of me, I caused your memory loss, you thought you could beat me up and make me leave you alone. But as you can see that didn't work!" another whisper went through my ear.

"So I suggest you do the right thing" his hand twisting my arm with every word he had just said, making me whimper. The guy let go of my arm and I ran away. I didn't hear footsteps behind me so I slowed my pace. I finally arrived in Benjamin's driveway. Once I walked up the driveway I knocked on the door lightly but Benjamin didn't answer, so plan B is to throw pebbles at his window. I grabbed a few little pebbles and gently threw them at his window. I was on the third pebble when he finally came out the window and jumped down to me.

"Well hey there gorgeous boy!" I said with a wink. He rolled his eyes playfully and said, "hey there beautiful" then kissed my jaw line. "Where are we going? Can I know now?" Ben asked, "no you cannot and its not important! But we need bikes to get there" I smiled then walked to his garage with him. We got the bikes from the garage and rode off.

It was beautiful already. The wind blowing our hair softly, the cool breeze that hit us and the thought of it just being us thrilled me. I couldn't bare the thought of not being with Benjamin. He's a lifesaver to me. If it weren't for him I probably wouldn't be here, I would probably be the girl who committed suicide because of a devastating life. I look up to Benjamin. I know in your mind you look up to him for being him and helping you believe in your dreams but for me it's because he's a good guy and a lifesaver. I wish I could be him sometimes, with the fame and the talent. Now back to reality...

"Here we are" I asserted as we pulled up to a baseball field. All the lights were on and there was a truck in the middle of the baseball diamond. "Here?" Benjamin inquired, "yes silly!" I said after getting off my bike. Benjamin proceeded to get off his bike it in the process someone tackled him to the concrete pavement. "BENJAMIN" I yelped. I looked up at the guy that tackled him and his voice sounded so familiar, "I thought I told you to stay away from him!" his voice echoed in the distance. I gasped, he is familiar, he was Kyle! "You can't tell me what to do" I said unconfident in myself, I don't think I'm prepared for what he's gonna do to me. "Really? That's interesting. But anyways, I know your little friend, Lillie? Does that name ring a bell?" he whispered only loud enough for me to hear. "You touched her I swear you will be in the hospital" I growled with a couple tears running down my cheeks. I looked over his shoulder to see Benjamin behind him. "Then do what I say" he demanded and walked away, but when I thought it was over I just had to say something, "quit following me!" I cried out to him. He whipped around and paced over to me, "but you're just so beautiful and you have so many features on your body" he smirked then wiped my stranded tear with his thumb. "I'm not yours and never will be" I gulped, "excuse me?" he said rudely then tightened his grip that he had on my jaw.

I had a feeling that I should cry but crying never helped me so I decided to fight back. I rose my foot up to kick his stomach making him fall to the pavement. " I SAID IM NOT YOURS AND NEVER WILL BE" I shouted at him. I bent to the ground to grab his wrist to twist it and place it in the middle of his back. I looked around for something to tie his hands with and noticed the chain on the bike. Perfect! I signaled Benjamin to get the chain for me. Once Benjamin gave me the chain I tied Kyle's two wrists with it. "Call the cops" I told Ben, I glared at him because I couldn't bare what he seriously did the whole time.

I felt Kyle's hands moving from beneath me so I immediately changed my position. "Why won't you leave me alone" I asked in the most kindest way that I could, he sighed and began saying "because you're like a Victoria Secret model. You've got a beautiful face and body-" I stopped him. "Kyle do you ever stop to think about a girls personality? You know not all girls are gonna be drop-dead gorgeous with the perfect body. Everyone is beautiful for their personality, it's what makes them different in a perfect way. Yeah, girls love it when you call them pretty and stuff but what they love most is that you see their personality and that it looks good on her. I had a boyfriend once and he didn't even care about my face. He just want my body. You don't know me Kyle. And you don't want to know me, because once you get to know me things get difficult" I cried because of the past and blushed because of Benjamin. "Wow. I've never thought of that! Thanks Ryeli!" he said sarcastically, "Whatever" I sighed.
