Although I had heard the door open, nobody had really said anything for like 10 minutes, so I figured it was just my imagination. However, breaking the silence, someone said "I told you I'd be there for you," Ricky's voice said.
I turned around and saw Him standing by the table I was sitting on. I chuckled and stood up, I ran toward him and hugged him. I started crying. "In 7th grade. I promised. Am I remembered you saying, I promise is a promise and you'll end up breaking it. I hope I didn't break that promise because your my everything Chlo. Even if I ignored you almost all of 6th grade, I'm glad God gave us 7th grade. I was thinking I lost you for awhile there." Ricky said and his voice cracked.
"Nothing would have been worse than losing you." He said and I could tell he was crying. What he said, made me cry more. "I'm so sorry I did stuff with Brooke.. I'm so so sorry. Chloe. Please forgive me. Please let me love you the way I should and please just please-" I interrupted Ricky, "I remember reading a quote when I was in like 6 th grade, that read 'if someone you loves hurts you, then maybe they don't really love you, and If they apologize you can see it in there eyes that there hurting too," I explained in my tears looking at Ricky.
"and I can tell, behind those big green eyes, your hurting too. I love you Ricky Rena Garcia, and I will always" I said and we both cried and hugged one and other. I heard a sniff and it wasn't Ricky, it was Bailee who was standing at the door watching us.
        She smiled and went back inside. "I think" I took a deep breathe. "I think, that, sometimes you will only realize that something is so important to you when you loose it. I" I paused again. "I think that's what's happened to us" I smiled. "But, were together now, as best friends again, or a brother" we agreed.
      We both sat down on the table looking out at the city. "Do you remember, in 7th grade, on your birthday when we went to Disney world, with our families. I remember when you made friends with the old man on the plane" Ricky chuckled. "Or when you threw Oreos at me for being 'obnoxious'" I added.
       "Then when we met the Disney characters and you told the elephant he was hot" I laughed. "Oh my gosh" he laughed. "That was the best birthday ever" I added with an amazing smile on my face. "We gotta go on vacation again. Good thing our parents are friends so that way we can at least her our own rooms" we said in sync and laughed.
        We spent an hour talking, and it was six thirty. Bailee came out and stood next me, "we're gonna meet paige and Cody at Brooke's house and suprise her, her parents gave us $150 for a welcome home party" Bailee explained. "Can we go to my house first so I can get new clothes?" I asked and they both laughed. "Of course princess" Ricky laughed and we all went to the parking lot where Bailee's mom picked us up.
