Chapter 7: Identical Twins

I Tatoyama Brothers:

As I stepped out to the dark forest, I have realized that I was in Angon! I looked back as soon as I could and behind me was just trees. It was dark, cold and the moon was up. Without thinking, I quickly transformed and jumped hoping I could fly but I couldn’t fly like my first time. I didn’t have my wings and it was gone. In the other hand, I could jump really high and stay there for a few seconds. When I saw the view to my right, I found the village that Lio has showed me. As I set going there, a huge windstorm came and blew me away. It was so hard that I lost my balance fell. When I opened my eyes, I saw the Tatoyama brothers staring at me.

“What are you doing here,” I asked getting up quickly.

“That’s our line,” said Yuri or Yuki. I still couldn’t find who is who.

“Hey Yukino, what are you doing here all alone in midnight?” said both of them at once.

“It’s midnight,” I said, “I just came here for… um… some training,”

“Yah right. I bet you were finding your way through the woods,” said one of them.

“Hey Yukino, what kind of power do you have,” asked one.

“The power of light,” I said it unclearly.

“Ha! No match for the power of winds,” said both of them. I heard their voices clearly that one of them had a slightly lower pitch but I still didn’t know who was who.

“You won’t know that till the contest begins,” I said getting pissed at them.

“Oh. So you wanna bet,” asked the lower pitched Tatoyama.

“No thanks. My hands are full already so I have to go,” I said moving back.

“Do you know your way home,” one appeared behind me.

“We can get you to the castle,” said the other.

Without me replying, they grabbed my hands and flew up. I bet bet they were using wind magic. The view of Angon at night was incredible. It’s more than awesome, fantastic, glorious and all the other words that you can say. People were having some fun and enjoying. I saw a group of people putting up decoration and some grownups buying some fancy clothes.

“Enjoying the view,” asked the one with the higher pitch.

“It’s incredible. How people work together and how peaceful they are and… and… more than I could describe,” I said looking down.

“Next time I’ll show you my favorite place,” he said.

The lower voice Tatoyama interrupted and asked, “You do know what they are getting ready for right,”

“Not exactly but I bet it’s going to be amazing,” I replied not letting my eyes off the view.

Sadly it was a short trip and we went inside. Soon the Tatoyama brothers gave me a tour all around the castle. Even though they have only been here for the second time, it looks like they have memorized everything.

“So do you have a dress for the party for Christmas, the opening for Eternal Olympics and New Years,” they asked me.

“Can it be the same dress for every event,” I asked back.

“Of course not. That would be lame and they will think you’re a cheap person or a poor person that doesn’t have any ability and is wasting her chance to enter the Olympic,” they both said.

“Hey Yuri, should we help her find a job,” asked Yuki

“I think she’ll be fine. There are going to be a dress provided for every contestant unless we have our own,” said Yuri.
