As the sun began to set, Bucky continued on, Marlena's fingers intertwined with his as the four of them approached a train. Berlin was written on the side in an elegant cursive, white font, though the paint was chipping at the edges of each letter. Sam and Steve exchanged glances before turning to look at Bucky and Marlena.

"I'm not sure if we should be out here once night falls. How do you feel about setting up camp there?" Steve asked, pointing at the parked train.

"Looks as good as any," Sam said, moving forward.

"I've slept in worse," Bucky shrugged, though his words made Marlena frown.

"Marlena?" Steve asked, wanting to make sure everyone was good with the plan.

"If it has seats with cushions," Marlena sighed, "I guess I'm down."

"Down to fu—"

Bucky shot Sam a warning glare before Sam shut his mouth, a small smirk on his face. Steve simply rolled his eyes, partly due to the fact he was unaware of where Sam had been going with his statement; it was only until he saw the look on Bucky's face that he received a chilling insight. Absentmindedly, Bucky tightened his grip on Marlena's hand, though it was not to the point of harming her.

Marlena let out yet another sigh as she used her free hand to rub her neck; her altercation with Bucky a mere hours earlier had left the base of her throat in an exceptional amount of pain. Though it had in fact been hours, she still felt as if it were bruising.

"What's wrong, Mar?" Steve raised a curious eyebrow as he glanced back at her, worry seeping through his tone.

Bucky looked over at her as well, his eyebrow also arched. He couldn't remember everything he'd done when he'd relapsed earlier, but he remembered Sam's words from the warehouse perfectly. He had harmed Marlena, and he had never regretted something so much.

"Well, being choked to death by your boyfriend's psychotic inner persona doesn't exactly feel like a dream," Marlena said quietly, almost unable to look at the look on Bucky's face after bringing up the day's events.

Sam's eyes widened and his smirk grew, "But shouldn't you be used to it, Marlena?"

"What? Why would I be used to that?" she questioned, her brows falling in confusion.

"Don't you ever hit him with that, 'Choke me, daddy' shit?" Sam remarked, letting out a laugh.

Marlena's eyes widened, "What the—Sam! I swear, if I didn't have morals, I'd blast your ass back to America. You're lucky I don't do it anyway, considering how much of a pain in the ass you are." She rolled her eyes, absolutely disgusted by Sam's suggestion.

"Oh, c'mon, I was just joking," Sam tried, falling back in order to walk beside Bucky.

"Keep walking before I widen that gap in your teeth, Wilson," Bucky said under his breath, his free hand balled up into a waiting fist.

Sam chuckled and caught up with Steve again as he came to a stop in front of the train, "We should probably let the two lovebirds have a car to themselves. A dude goes a month without getting anything, he's gotta be ready to bus—"

"Sam, that's enough," Steve chastised him, feeling nauseous at the thought of what Sam was expressing aloud.

"You disgust me, Wilson." Marlena rolled her eyes as she watched Bucky pull one of the rusty door's open with his metal arm.
