Darkness. Everything is dark. That's because Kyle blindfolded me. After Kersey's party, and a little chit chat with my parents and barkada, Kyle asked permission if he could take me out for a moment. Of course, my parents did not disagree. Pinagtulakan pa nga ako na umalis na agad kami at mag-enjoy. Ang sarap lang sa pakiramdam na napakilala ko na si Kyle sa pamilya ko. At nakapagsimula na sila magbonding ni Kersey. Ang kulang na lang ay mapakilala nya naman ako sa side nya. Ano kaya magiging reaction ng mga magulang ni Kyle kapag nalaman na may anak kaming dalawa? Will they happily accept us or object?

"Stay here. Don't move. Don't peek." he instructed. I straightened my back. Then I heard his footsteps slowly fading away. Where is he going? "Ready?" he asked.

I smiled, a little nervous. Ano kaya ito? "What is it?" I asked.

"If you wanna know, take your blindfold off."

And I did what he said. I started to untie the knot of the blindfold. Slowly I opened my eyes and got dazzled with the lights surrounding us. Kyle...took me to a gazebo garden. I'm being surrounded with blooming flowers and trees decorated with bright lights. When I looked down, I saw a pathway of lit candles with petals of red roses scattered on the ground. The path leads to the gazebo where Kyle is standing. The gazebo is also decorated with bright lights, so bright that I became dazzled. Roses and vines encircles each wooden posts.

A wide smile appeared on my lips. I felt my cheeks heat. Gosh, this feeling. Kyle is so romantic. I didn't expect this. When I raised my head to look at him, he smiled at me and nodded, gesturing for me to walk toward him. So, I took a step. And another. And another. Until, I was in front of him.

"Surprised?" he grinned.

"Yes." I paused and scanned the place again, "Very." I added,

"Good." He then snapped a finger. And a background music started to play. I was surprised by what he did. May ganoong effect pa talaga? "May I have this dance?" he held out one hand. Without hesitation, I took it. I placed my hands on his shoulders, and he placed his on my waist. One foot started to move followed by the other until our feet moves in unison together with the beat of the rhythm.

We just let the music flow through us and let it sweep our feet away. We stared deep into each others' eyes as if no words can express how happy we are at the moment. He pulled me closer by the waist and I was surprised by his action. An action that makes him quite possessive.

I giggled. "Possessive." I commented.

His mouth curved, "You're mine." he said, his voice so strong and firm.

''I'm yours." I replied. I clasped my hands behind his neck.

"I want you." he claimed.

I replied without hesitation, "And I want you too."

"I need you."

"And I need you too."

He heaved a big sigh, "I love you."

I smiled, pulling his head closer, I tilted my head and kissed me. "I love you too."

He caressed my cheek with his thumb and tucked my hair behind my ear. There was a long pause. Kyle then parted away. He slid one hand inside his pocket. And pulled something off from it. Something square in shaped and red in color. "Then, Miss Xyra Belloso. . ." he took my hand and kneeled on one knee. Oh my god. Surprised, I cupped my other hand over mouth. My heart started to pound.
